I was in Indiana for a work event. I showed up 2 minutes before they closed and was still assisted. Although they weren't able to help me resolve my issue immediately, Todd called me the next day twice and the day after that until I was able to answer the phone. He had done some research on my situation, gave me my available options, helped me pick the best one for me, and followed through. I can't thank Todd enough for his persistence and help. I've yet to experience that level of attentive care from another financial institution. Thank you Todd, I greatly appreciate your service.

The folks working here all greeted the person with whom I had accompanied for a meeting which was unusual as most banks don’t. They at the time of visit were located in a temporary location while their new office is under construction which probably by the time you read this they probably are already or very close to occupying. This temporary location was more like a small business office than a bank which meant all employees could see every visitor, dubious it would be as close quarters at the new building. Aside, they person we met with normally worked at a different branch and seemed like someone else was repeatedly joining us to answer questions which was a but like a tag team match but I did have a lot of questions. Not by design of this branch’s employees but corporate bmo, it seemed like several documents weren’t worded concisely, ambiguous by design and to some extent incomplete and subject to misinterpretation. Also certain types of information I was told can only be accessed in person at the bank by viewing on their computer screen I won’t say what but to me seemed a bit awkward practice almost as if forcing in person meetings as a rite of progress. Not that other banks don’t have their idiosyncrasies like this but you should ask how exactly the procedure to access documents/info you submit just to be sure of the convenience versus security balance.

Actually I don't believe you do, tried several times to contact about my account and nobody answers, this specific one since I guess want to waste time have nothing else to do and seems like someone wants to play hes inspector gadget. Chexsystems was sent a statement by bmo stating my account was closed due to being overdraft and state I owe 275 with no notice. I was on a positive balance and 275 withdrawn and actually still have a positive balance when it was closed. You can check, it's still positive and falsely stating it's closed because it's not according to the main number customer service.Now I have to waste time out of my day to try and call and call and call and no answer. Also I been with bmo over 3 years with a buisneess account and when I call the main bmo number they tell me to talk to my personal banker. Wait a sec, i have a personal banker????? Really??? How didn't I know I had a personal banker assigned to my buissness, goes to show how much he has reached out and cares for his customers.

Tried calling for two day's, I have had my account for 10 months and still can't access all my accounts?SMH!DON'T BOTHER CALLING! NO ONE WILL ANSWER!

Very helpful in resolving my problem with account. Whenever I call they are happy to help me. If they tell me they'll call me back, they do in timely fashion! Been with BMO over 20 years.

The Gentleman Trevor McDonald is very rude. ATM is always down. Made a cash deposit and because internet was down, took 24 hours to post. There went our Friday night. Deposited at 4:05. Contacted bank inquiring what’s the deal? Internet’s down. Now it’s 4:48pm and I have zero time to make it back to the bank. Even if I did. Technically I have no money in my account. So they won’t be giving me a penny till tomorrow. spoke to Trevor on my concerns for the constant arm problem. And now this problem. His response!! “Yeah!!” “These things happen”.. wow! He must of said yeah 12 times during our conversation in a very rude tone. Then proceeded to tell me to enjoy my evening!! Knowing I wasn’t going to because they had my money and I had zero access.
