  The staff was very friendly & helped us in a timely manner. We were able to schedule a same day appointment. We worked with the branch's relationship banker to get my husband & I's accounts combined. It was a quick & very pleasant appointment. We'll definitely be back for future banking needs.

  Called branch almost two weeks ago with problem and gave them details. They said they would have someone call me. Still waiting. Been a customer back when it was AFNB. Time to go where customer service means something. Goodbye Chase!

  Just disappointed. I have always enjoyed the service delivered at Chase branches until today. My husband and I arrived 45 minutes before closing and were never helped. More and more I get the feeling that good customer service is dying and or dead. 45 minutes wasted on something that could have taken 10 if given attention.... read full comment
