When calling today and waiting more than 10 minutes on hold regarding a prescription change in dose readiness status, I was told I couldn’t fill the prescription until a certain date. When trying to understand how insurance (not the pharmacy) can make a person wait when the dose has increased, the technician gave a very rude comment about how it wasn’t a heart medication and most people can just wait. She then hung up. I was shocked! Terrible customer service, no matter how busy you may be. Looking for a friendlier and more helpful pharmacy now.

Update your hours!! Also. If you're not going to open until 9, just close!!! Super annoying that every time I try to stop here, it seems to be closed.

Worst pharmacist ever. Absolutely do not go here unless you want to be frustrated. The staff is terrible and doesn't seem to care about anything. The pharmacist refuses call any doctor and insists that she is too busy.

I have been on hold to speak with the pharmacy for 25-45 minutes in the last few weeks. It's frustrating to have to come into the store every single time we have to talk to the pharmacists, which ends up being weekly. I hope the staffing problem can be addressed.

I love the pharmacy. For years I had filled my scripts at the supermarket across the street. When I could no longer tolerate the parking situation, long lines and overworked techs I said "no more". Fortunately my insurance allows me to use CVS so I switched. The change has been amazing. Their app works well for renewing prescriptions and I get reminder (maybe too many) about refills, etc. There's rarely a wait for prescription pick-up. Most of the staff have been nice. An added bonus is that I do not have to sign for my non child proof bottle caps for ever flipping prescription like I did at the grocery. I signed one time! Simply amazing CVS! They will also mail me my scripts at no charge which is lovely. The rest of the store, well, meh. It's CVS so overpriced with very long receipts to make you insane. I think it's a nice store and always clean. Highly recommended for prescriptions.

How can a CVS pharmacy be this bad without someone stepping in? I go to this location because it's right outside our neighborhood so it's convenient. The pharmacists are some of the rudest women I have ever met. I have never had a pleasant conversation with them. When asking questions they respond with quick and short responses. They don't come to the counter they just yell out from their location. Luckily they have a few good techs and great pharmacy students to counteract them. If you are thinking about going inside save yourself the headache. I've stood at the counter for sometimes as long as five minutes while three people don't acknowledge me. Then I get in my car and go thru the drive thru. Not a great feeling when you are under the weather. Be ready to hear, "There's five in front of you so it will be a little while!"

Pharmacy super rude. I showed up 20 minutes before they closed to fill a prescription and the guy asked me if I knew they closed at 6. I was trying to be considerate but now I'll just show up 5 min before they close.

Extremely poor customer service from the pharmacy staff today. Over-worked, stressed-out, crabby female pharmacist spouting her issues on customers in the stores - me not being the only one.

The store is great. They get the one star. The pharmacy staff is rude, headed up by the pharmacist on duty tonight. I came in for a flu shot, and was quoted 30 minutes. I handled my child care and said I would wait. The tech tried to get my insurance, and starts having difficulties. As I told them, I was happy to wait, so I stood patiently while he was trying to help. Next thing I hear is the pharmacist yelling over the counter with attitude, "if you can't get the insurance to work she will have to go to a clinic." I understand you are busy at 4pm on a Wednesday, during cold and flu season, but I was perfectly happy waiting. I didn't need the attitude, or to be turned away for wanting a flu shot. Since she told me to take my business elsewhere, I guess that's what I'll do.

Never again. Refilled a script online ready for pickup the next day at 1pm. They had no idea that I had refilled it. Asked for proof, forwarded them the confirm email, not enough info they say. I read off the script number they tell me it will be 15 minutes. 2 hours later I get a text asking for my insurance card, I submit this to them. I hear nothing so an hour later I call only to be told that the number on my card is not valid. Plus they were quite rude and dismissive. I've had them transfer to Walgreens. If that doesn't happen I will blame CVS. I've never been a fan and only went to this location b/c it was it was a bit closer to me. Never again at this location. Shame on you! 1. This is the only script I have with them 2. I've been employeed with the same company for 8 years and insurance did not change in 2019. Update: I called Walgreens to have this transferred it was transferred and ready for pickup with 20 minutes. This is proof that that they are absolute rubbish at this location.

Stopped in here a few days ago. Dirtiest CVS I've ever been to. Plus got the impression the manager did not like to be bothered helping customers. Very poor experience all around.

I'm very impressed that this store hire anyone even full of tattooed. A guy in 50s smiled and joyful start talking to me but I told him I'm deaf, he pulled his hand in the air show me he have same full sleeve and hand of tattoo! I smiled and wide my eyes in a good ways cause I having hard time find job like cvs, walgreen something like snob store BUT they hired him as cashier!!! Thank to cvs for hire him and show us it not about colors... it about his work and how he provide his customers needs very happy!
