Love the pharmacy here. Staff are kind, sweet and very helpful. Always help me to find the best prices for my meds. I also get my shots here and they're pretty good about taking walk ins. I love my local cvs store!

Shop here regularly. The associates are also polite and helpful. They usually have what I need but on occasion don’t, which is okay since it’s a simple stop and go for many families in the area.

Pharmacy - Not the rest of the store:
I went to go pick up 3 prescriptions that I was notified by text were ready. The first thing I notice when I get to the pharmacy is every worker looks mad to be there and when I was spoken to I felt like I was wronging them and disturbing them.
Anyway, I went to get 3 prescriptions. Prescription 1: Ready. Thats great. Prescription 2: I was told it was randomly filled at another location. Prescription 3: I was told it was delayed and could be expected in the next day or two. I take my one prescription and go home even though I was notified that all three were ready.
20 minutes after I had gotten home, I get a notification that the delayed prescription was ready. So I go back and everyone was still in the same bad mood as before, but this time my prescription was ready but also the prescription that I was told was filled somewhere else was magically here and ready.
Clearly there is a communication break, disorganization, and a lack of leadership. I would recommending driving a little further to have a different CVS fill your prescription(s).
As for the rest of the store: Clean and nice workers, never had a problem. It is just the pharmacy in the back that is unpleasant to deal with.

Great CVS - front store and pharmacy are top-notch. Store has a clean layout, bright, aesthetically pleasing, and fits in with the neighborhood. Store manager is very kind. The BOPIS process is very streamlined. Well-stocked so clearly the distribution center is serving this store well. I am so glad to call this my neighborhood CVS. The store is world-class.

Lord forbid you walk into a store and forget your card is locked. I was checking out and the associate with no name tag and came out of the back room while the line was piled up was so worried about me and unlocking my card she stood RIGHT BEHIND ME THE WHOLE TIME instead of checking people out 0/5 stars…

We just switched all of our prescriptions to waterleaf. I Spoke to the pharmacy last night and they tell me my prescription will be ready in the morning. I show up early afternoon the next day and it is still not ready. This is the second month in a row I was told to come back at a certain time and it not be ready then told very rudely that they can push it but it will be another 25 mins. Last month they "pushed" only have of them. As a working mother this is VERY inconvenient.

-000 Stars! DO NOT get your prescriptions filled here. CAROLINE is one of the pharmacists, and she thinks she is a medical Dr. She is NOT a medical Dr. She is RUDE and so UNPROFESSIONAL and doesn't want to fill scripts with GOOD RX!
I had my Dr call in two scripts. I saw that both were ready on the CVS pharmacy app. I went in to pick them up at the drive through. The tech started to give me the 2 scripts that were filled and I gave him my credit card. When I saw what one of the cost, I told him I had a good RX coupon that would save me $6. He had me pull around as there were other cars behind me.
I waited about 10 minutes and no one came out with my prescriptions. I went back into the line and the pharmacist CAROLINE, came to the window and now decided she was not going to dispense the prescriptions (even though they had been filled and the other tech was ready to dispense them). She said "you have too many prescriptions on file". I told her I knew not to take 2 of them together and then she said "well they are on hold until I contact and get a message back from your Dr.". Unbelievable. Filled scripts, ready on my app now can't be dispensed as she wants to exert her authority in a totally unprofessional manner. It is a holiday weekend and I can't reach my Dr. I hurt my back and now can't get my medicine though it was filled and ready to be dispensed UNTIL I had a good RX coupon. Caroline is not a MD and she has NO say in how Dr.'s prescribe. This is a horrible pharmacy and she is completely WRONG in what she did. Plus, she was RUDE and unprofessional basically slamming the drive in window on me. DO NOT fill scripts here. She is horrible and they are rude at this pharmacy and totally unprofessional.
They do NOT want to honor GOOD RX and when you bring it up then they decide to play the "judge and the jury" as a Dr and tell you that you have too many scripts on file. Disgusting. Don't go to this CVS and don't go to CVS in general. TERRIBLY expensive as well. Go to Meijer!

I usually get OTCs on my Humana card at Kroger on 161st street in Westfield. But yesterday, I happened to be right near this CVS so I stopped in. At Kroger I pay for OTCs at the pharmacy cashier. So, at this CVS, I stood in line at the pharmacy, behind 4 people. I get to the pharmacy cashier and he asked for my name. I said “I don’t have a prescription but I wish to pay for these things on my Humana card. The cashier (male) said “I cannot wait on you if you don’t have a prescription. I told him I usually pay at the pharmacy at Kroger. He said “Kroger has more employees. next!” Imagine treating a customer like this!!! The kinder way to deal with this situation would Be to let me pay for those 2 items at the pharmacy and inform me that next time I could take them to the front of the store. I just don’t think I will be back to this CVS.

Pharmacist was rude and refused to run a more current GoodRx code which would have been $10 less. We will not use this pharmacy again despite the great location for us. Window attendant was irritated that we wanted to use GoodRx in the drive through window to save $150. She told us to come back in 10 minutes. We went inside 10 minutes later and the inside attendant refused to process a more current GoodRx code which would have saved us another $10.
