I wanted to open a personal account, and Christina took care of it. She was extremely nice, and did everything very efficiently. She also made sure everything was explained well and we went over all the important questions. I'm not sure why it has so many negative reviews, but it was my first time there and I don't regret doing business with 5/3 at all! Great job, Christina & the rest of the team.

We have a 10+ year relationship with 53. Personally and with our small business. I live closest to this location so I visited a few times this month to save time during the holidays. Typically, I drive to the Noblesville branch. Yesterday, I was reminded for the third time this month, why that is the better choice.
The unprofessional, blatant, rude, immature behavior I received this month from the employees at this branch is like nothing I have ever experienced before. CHRIS is especially condescending but It starts with the manger who has no business being in the position she’s in. The employee behavior and negativity at THIS BRANCH is the product of a manger coasting through their career, not cultivating customer relationships, growing the business, her career or training her staff while leading in a professional manner. Wake up corporate!
When I went inside the branch yesterday and expressed my frustrations CHRIS would not even look at me and the teller that waited on me that day in the drive through hid in her office and did not come out even after I asked to speak with her. Cowardly move CHRIS AND TELLER #2. No accountability for their actions whatsoever.
Needless to say we will be closing our accounts with 53 and taking our business elsewhere where customer service and loyal customers are valued.
Unacceptable behavior 53 WESTFIELD STAFF.
Know better. Be better. Do better.

Worst phone support experience ever. It’s almost like they hire people who don’t want to work on the phones and either hang up or come up with excuses on why they can’t help.
I’ve called many banks and never had issues like the phone support I’ve had from from this bank.

The older lady at the front desk was horrible and rude and she needs to learn how to speak to people who just open an account there and will be canceling the joint account after they get back from there honeymoon. I highly recommend not going here after the way she talk to my husband and was just very rude. If you need to find a new bank I highly recommend Indiana members credit unions they were fantastic and they took care of us and weren’t rude.

They were extremely courteous and helped us. We felt welcomed every time. Naj and Raymond were resourceful and spent hours with us. Thank you for top notch customer service to the team at this location.

Ben using Fifth Third Bank for about 20 years and i'd have to say. I never thought it would come to the day that I think I'm gonna have to just change banks. I have had my account hacked and frauded 4 times since November 23. And this is just now march problem going on here with fifth third I think.

I don’t understand the negative reviews I’m seeing here. I’ve been working with this branch for about 5 years, both personal and business banking, and been with 5/3 for about 18 years. I’ve never had anything but great customer service. Everyone is friendly, knows my name, and is super helpful. Naj is a rockstar, but really they are all great.

If you're a small business owner, please save yourself time and money by avoiding this bank and specific location. The manager/small business banker could care less about helping small businesses, contrary to the sales pitch. As the other reviews stated, horrendous customer service all around. This was our first encounter with Fifth Third and it will be the last.

5/3 is my bank and I am generally satisfied with their products and services. However, this particular branch is useless. The bankers there never want to help you. Every time I have gone there, I had left disappointed. They look for reasons not to help you.

The branch manager at the Westfield branch is very unprofessional and rude. Do yourself a favor and find another bank.
