“I’ve been working out at home for the past 6 years and didnt think I’d be back training in a facility again. I had the opportunity to do a 1 week trial at F45 in December. Needless to say, I was hooked and ended up joining. These workouts are not for the faint of heart but I’m a glutton for punishment.My favorite part about F45 is the coaches are sticklers for form. Love training here!”

I had a particular concern that was making going potentially stressful, and when he found out he personally reached out to help address it, and actually took action to make the gym more welcoming as a result. I can’t recommend this place enough, support locally owned businesses!”
“I love the Westfield location! Just like most Anytime Fitness locations I've been to, they seem to find the perfect balance of having all the equipment you need without being too large. It's also not "super busy" (even a peak times) compared to what you'd see at a "mega gym" on any given afternoon/evening.”

“I have been searching for a Gym to start going to and a friend of mine took me with her to hers. It was in Westfield. I have to say that I was very impressed with this Gym. The employees were super friendly and the place was really clean and nice. Even the bathrooms!! I'm thinking this will be the place I get my membership at! I have looked at others and they were no where near this nice!”

“Started my daughter here in the sweet pea class ages 4 to 5 and it's a blast. I have not seen her have this much fun, for the price you pay it's surely worth it. You can't get this level of patience, coaching and kindness anywhere else. Truly 100% amazing here. Keep up the amazing job. Highly recommend.”
