A few years ago Kroger went through a period of time where staffing was tight (as it was across the economy) but things are much better now. Pharmacy easy to work with. Grocery pick up services are helpful and convenient.

I’ve been using this pharmacy since 2012 for most of my families meds. Patty and Linda are AWESOME as are Stacey, Lindsey and Pam and another blonde haired pharmacist, I think her name is Marcy. They go above and beyond. Very happy with the Kroger Pharmacy.

My son was seen at the little clinic next to this pharmacy and tested positive for strep throat. For convenience, I had my husband fill the Amoxicillin at this pharmacy so he didn’t have to go to two different places with a sick kid.
They filled his script and on day 8 of 10, the bottle ran out. I called the pharmacy and spoke to Pam, the pharmacist, who first asked “well, is he feeling okay?” Wrong answer Pam. You ALWAYS finish an antibiotic course for antibiotic stewardship and to avoid drug resistance. The FNP in the clinic was in agreement with me and said that they will fill more to finish out the 5 doses and it would be no charge. Of course I get there and there’s a charge. The initial technician, Lindsey, was one of the rudest people I ever met and then Pam, the pharmacist, followed it up with the same attitude.
I will never return to this location for anything. Not only are they rude, but the pharmacist doesn’t know what she’s doing if she’s willing to stop an antibiotic course based on how the patient is feeling. Rule #1 of taking antibiotics: finish the course, EVEN IF you start feeling better.

Kroger Pharmacists are usually very respectful of customers time. I stopped by to pick up my prescription today and there were two pharmacist. One of the pharmacist (an older lady) was facing my direction but stood there talking to the other pharmacist while I was waiting and looking directly in her face. Just awful… customer service is important. My ask is, please respect my time and not ignore me while I am waiting.

Came in at noon for my prescription...."Oh it's going to take at least 30-45 minutes"Ok I said I'll come back later that day.Came back at 4pm."Oh the pharmacist has it now...it will take 10 more minutes"Still sitting waiting 30 minutes later.Absurdly slow and disorganized.

I would warn people not to use the "Pick up" option. We have quit using this store completely, but here are our last 4 trips before we just gave up. We were using pick up.1. They sent us 6 ridiculously dented and bloated cans. Annoying but it happens.2. We get a message saying, "We are running 2 hours behind schedule so your groceries aren't ready". Ok, seems like a lot, but we appreciated the heads up.3. We get home with 3 bags of someone else's groceries and only one bag of our stuff. They told us we needed to drive back to the store and exchange the wrong groceries so we could get ours. Pretty inconvenient since getting them in the first place was not a quick trip.4. Got to the store after working all day, checked in, waited 25 minutes when someone finally comes up to my car and says they are running behind and haven't even STARTED picking our groceries?!

I've taken my prescriptions here since they opened.....I filled 2 Monday.... But tonight after a urgent Dr appt I needed a prescription. It was 7:45. They refused. I said they would have it first thing in the morning. I said no and demanded my script back. If you close at 8, you close at 8. I went to Walgreens across town who didn't have my insurance and it was filled in 5 minutes. Bye Kroger. Terrible service.

We have been coming here for several months since moving from Southern California and find Kroger to have the best selection along with service and best prices of any grocery in this area.

Love this Kroger. It is just the right size. I always find what I need and the staff are super helpful in the deli, the checkout, and the Little Clinic. It is my favorite place to grocery shop.
