“I had a car breakdown and did not have access to my State Farm app to contact roadside assistance. My vehicle was in a precarious position and I was quite concerned. The SF office assisted me with both contact assistance and policy number verification. Both ended up being very necessary. Great service from a great office. Additionally, they later provided concise follow-up information on the State Farm dividend emails, regarding which apparently I was not the only one who questioned their validity.”
