Worst pharmacist ever. Absolutely do not go here unless you want to be frustrated. The staff is terrible and doesn't seem to care about anything. The pharmacist refuses call any doctor and insists that she is too busy.

I love this CVS. For years I was forced to endure filling my scripts at a grocery store. When CVS opened I decided to give them a try as I had lost my patience with the grocery. Their business is pharmacy, and it shows. I take several prescriptions, most are on autofill so they are always refilled on time and better yet, mailed to my home. Other scripts from time to time I walk in for and it's always 1000% better than the grocery store pharmacy. Times are crazy right now with the Delta Variant on the rise so yes, from time to time you will have to wait. The corporate CVS amongst other things advertises walk in vaccinations and these do take time. Yesterday I had an appointment for a pneumonia vax and a person had arrived shortly before me for a COVID vax. I was more than happy to wait, especially since the lady in front of me was a nurse (she had her uniform/ID badge on) and should have gotten her vax a long time ago. So as with any pharmacy, people will walk in with all kinds of requests and at times pharmacy staff and customers get a little short with each other. Chill. We all need services like CVS pharmacy and I do believe they do the best they can. If it matters, their pharmacist is excellent at giving shots and it was completely painless. I was wary about not using my doc but I have complete confidence in. CVS for my scripts and vaccines.

How can a CVS pharmacy be this bad without someone stepping in? I go to this location because it's right outside our neighborhood so it's convenient. The pharmacists are some of the rudest women I have ever met. I have never had a pleasant conversation with them. When asking questions they respond with quick and short responses. They don't come to the counter they just yell out from their location. Luckily they have a few good techs and great pharmacy students to counteract them. If you are thinking about going inside save yourself the headache. I've stood at the counter for sometimes as long as five minutes while three people don't acknowledge me. Then I get in my car and go thru the drive thru. Not a great feeling when you are under the weather. Be ready to hear, "There's five in front of you so it will be a little while!"
