My husband went in a few days before and had an equally great interaction with one of their male staff. So sounds like they know how to hire at this location :)”
“I recently purchased paint from Sherwin-Williams Carmel, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Their most premium option may seem pricey at first glance, but it’s worth every penny. The coverage is phenomenal—just one coat was enough to achieve a flawless, professional-looking finish. This saved me so much time and effort compared to other brands I’ve tried.
What surprised me most is that even their top-tier paint is still cheaper overall than other brands when you factor in how much less you need. The staff was incredibly helpful, walking me through the color options and recommending the best product for my project.
If you want quality, efficiency, and expert advice, Sherwin-Williams Carmel is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back for my next project!”
“Sure, all of the Sherwin locations are adequate, and the customer service as well as the meeting of your needs are number one priority. However, if you're going to other locations before this one, you might want to rethink. This location on Mundy Drive is without question ran by the #1 TEAM you will find across all locations. Not only will they make the experience pleasant, but they will offer clarity and opportunity for any project you decide to take on. The manager does an incredible job running this location, and he chooses and trains his team impressively well. Awesome job Sherwin, this is the place to go for your coatings. “Grant, Austin, Brenda & team set the example of how friendly, polite and respectful all sw’s should be. I called a few hours beforehand to see if they could do a retint and without hesitation Grant told me to come on in. About a quarter til close (sorry it was so late! I was coming from a job) I came in and Austin was very attentive and courteous immediately and jumped right on it! A++ customer service and what a great group of people I really enjoyed my time here and will most definitely be back in the near future!”
“Visited the Sherwin-Williams store in Castleton ten minutes before closing. The associate working was already helping other customers, nevertheless he was pleasant & professional, & graciously provided all of the many varied color samples i wanted. He went above & beyond to help me under the circumstances even though he probably wasn't expecting me to buy there. I let him know that i was shopping at Lowe's who referred me to the Sherwin-Williams store for specific color cards. Although Lowe's sells the products, cards for those colors were unavailable as of end July 2023, pending an update to their Sherwin-Williams display. SW - First Rate service!”
