“They gave us a timeframe to submit for 21 signs with stakes to have ready for an event. I dropped off samples of the verbiage needed for each particular sign with a list for each sign a little after they opened and received a proof within a couple of hours. Once approved signs were ready on their estimated timeframe! Looking forward to doing more business with this location. Excellent, friendly customer service and follow up as well!”

She listened, she knew exactly what I was looking for, and she did her best to accommodate me -- and her best was the BEST! I ended up with a set of top-quality prints in a timeline that I thought would be impossible.Thanks to TJ (and Margaret), I was able to deliver what I was supposed to. And now I'm looking forward to being able to place future orders with them, anytime I need printing done in Indy.I highly recommend PIP Metro Indy. And I am PICKY!”
“I am not usually one to leave reviews however the Manager Jeff at the Staples on 96th street truly went above and beyond to help me out - He not only helped with a discount (which I so appreciate) but IN ADDITION the chair I was purchasing as a surprise for my husband Jeff found a way to put the chair together for me in less than two hours from the time I purchased! A 24-hr turnaround time was already quicker than expected so this was a legit miracle! Regardless of what I "received" from Jeff, his whole attitude was putting customers first and doing whatever he could to help make someone's day a little easier/smoother. His kindness and work ethic is one that is truly under appreciated these days. Thank you, Jeff! (P.S. my husband loves his chair!)”

“I had a great experience with Steve. He helped me decide on a chair. I could tell he was knowledgeable about the differences between the chairs. He explained the warranty information. I was able to make a confident purchase because of his great customer service. He even helped me get the chair out to my car and helped me lift it into the back. Good customer service like this is hard to find these days.”
