“They gave us a timeframe to submit for 21 signs with stakes to have ready for an event. I dropped off samples of the verbiage needed for each particular sign with a list for each sign a little after they opened and received a proof within a couple of hours. Once approved signs were ready on their estimated timeframe! Looking forward to doing more business with this location. Excellent, friendly customer service and follow up as well!”

“This is the company you want to do your print work! I have spent 10 years hand writing answers to questions about my life in a spiral bound book. This Fall I realized I wanted to replicate it so everyone in the family could have a copy. I found Alpha Graphics and worked with Janet and Amy. They and their staff worked very hard to get the project to me before Christmas. The 12 copies are near perfect in color and vibrancy. The paper choice is like an expensive book. When I went in to proof the sample I thought it was the original they were handing me. The price was very reasonable. I can’t say enough about the quality of AlphaGraphics work and the care in which they do the work and interact with a customer!!”

A 24-hr turnaround time was already quicker than expected so this was a legit miracle! “Cory is the main person I have dealt with at this location, however, ALL of the women what work here are fabulous! I’ve only seen 1 man and he was a filler, he was nice too. They are usually very busy but take care of customers in a timely manner. I will say this to customers, it would help the staff if you showed up prepared. If it’s an Amazon return, you know you need to have either the QRcode or it must be pre labeled and packaged. Why aren’t you ready when you arrive. Stop holding up the line by not showing up prepared. I don’t mind waiting when the customers are prepared when they arrive. If you are just shipping UPS, you know you need the package to have specific information on it. The point is, be as prepared as possible so that there is less stress in the employees, especially when there is a line. They work hard to service us, the customer, let’s make it easier on them as a good customer!”
“The kiosk scanner wouldn't scan my labeled package. The nice guy at the counter saw my struggle and dropped what he was doing to get me out the door faster. Some days I have to go to UPS, USPS and Fed Ex so it's nice to have my errands expedited. Nice Fed Ex employee.”
