I typically frequent a different Getgo but decided to switch it up today. That was a mistake. It's not that anything is particular bad with the place. It smelt funny when I walked in they had big piles of garbage behind the counter and it was clear nobody was motivated to do anything. I recommend a management shake up here because it appears the employees have lost respect for the customer, management, and themselves.

New employees don't seem to have any idea how to interact with people. Wrang up wrong price, didn't speak to me or offer a bag or receipt, forgot sauces on the food too. Won't be coming back.

I have lost interest in even going here.. If a customer comes in and wants to play the same ticket again which just requires you to just hit play again and scan it then it should be done not you tell me to fill out another slip for what you can just do in a matter of 3 seconds .. I was told to do this cause she was training a new girl BUT if you’re training then duhhh this is a perfect learning opportunity for her since she will be working there… If you’re angry and don’t want to greet customers let along speak when spoken to… STAY AT HOME‼️ or find a job that allows you to work alone!! All that negativity………… Nobody told you to apply there

Absolutely infuriating staff. Had a product ring up the wrong price (more $ obviously) and got the ‘sorry bout ya’ attitude and absolutely refused to correct the price. Went to the cooler, brought the price tag back to the clerk, still refused. The most bizarre experience at a Get Go ever. Asked for a manager…’we don’t have one’. WTAF?!

Used to go here everyday and spend $20 on food, drinks, and cigarretes, till they wanted to start scanning the back of my driver's license, as if the age on the front isn't good enough. The staff has changed over and they are miserable to deal with. Went back for the first time in 4 months to buy a lighter. Wanted to scan for that. I am 52 yrs uears old. Won't be back to any of them. I'll continue driving out of my way before spending another dollar in that place.

I get so upset everytime I come here. Every time I shop here. I get so upset by seeing how expensive everything is. I can get the same water bottle for a dollar less down the street. I can also get the same sleeve of peanut butter. Crackers are normally get for a dollar less down the street. Everything I see you. Your store is overpriced and I'm just wondering why? You guys aren't worth the price that you're putting your machine's barely work today when I was trying to pay for my overpriced stuff. If you guys are going to price this much for your items in the convenience stores then at least make sure everything works.go to the ovo down the street. They have a lot of cheaper options.

Offers an advantagepay discount that almost never works for me. There's always something that doesn't work so I cannot get the discount. It makes the program completely useless.

This station just gets worse as each day passes. First off, they don’t stay open 24 hrs like they are suppose too. The washer fluid and hand sanitizer are always empty! Trash cans are sometimes over flowing. The inside is ok but the kitchen closes super early, which is inconvenient for second shift workers like myself.
