Root 31 is a modern plant and floral boutique in a beautiful house in Westfield. The amazing shop is packed with beautiful plants, candles, and crystals, with plants scattered throughout each room with a fun theme. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, nice, and helpful, often going above and beyond. Visitors feel transported to a different time and place in this beautiful new space, which is even better than the old shop. Many highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

Helped put together a beautiful bouquet for my girlfriend and I’s anniversary. They even went the extra mile to add a wet paper towel around the stems to make sure the flower did not wilt in the heat!

This place is a local gem! They not only have a great selection but their customer service is unmatched. They communicate and accommodate the needs of customers. Love coming here often, sometimes just for the vibes. Always tell my friends about this place and bring family when they visit.
