“I've been using Public Storage for the past 6 months and it has been an excellent experience. The facility is very secure and clean. I am particularly pleased that they have on the same property both exterior and interior storage units that you can choose from depending on your needs. They offer the best value in my area for storage needs.”
“Everything worked out very well since the online reservation.
Jan is very sweet, kind, and responds fast! She was always very helpful.
Storage unit is what I expected.
My recommendation (for first time renters!) is to know well what you will storage and the need for climate control (which it doesn’t have).I got a small one to put holiday decorations and declutter my garage. Totally worth it!
I also have been spraying inside to keep bugs away and seems to be working well.
We receive a gate code as soon as we make the payment.
It’s close to my house, safe, and I am happy with the choice!”
“I’ve had my unit in Westfield, IN for over three years and had many interactions with staff during that time. I will say, Bill answered all of my questions and made the move-out process of my unit very easy. Bill answered questions with detail and was very helpful. Need more like him!”

“Hands down the most professional receiving / installation team we have ever worked with. Extremely communicative and detail oriented. Highly recommend for any high end interior designer looking for a receiver.”
