Absolutely no customer service. The office door is locked and nobody answers the phone. I’ve called and sent emails for weeks with no response. I’ve had a storage unit for almost 3 years, still trying to close out the unit and get my deposit back.The fence on the south side of the facility has been removed so there’s limited security.Price is low but good luck with your stuff.

Great folks to deal with. Yes, the facility is a bit dated but access is easy, payments are all online, no hassle, inexpensive, owners communicate.
