Legacy Athletics Westfield is an amazing gym with a great community. It is a clean, open, and welcoming box with a happy atmosphere. The coaches are excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable. They deliver great coaching and programming, providing real-time feedback to ensure safe movement and help prevent injury. All workouts are scalable so everyone, from new to experienced athletes, can get a great workout. The variety of class times helps with busy schedules. The community is outstanding, supportive, and motivating. Everyone makes you feel welcome, cheers you on, and helps you achieve your goals. It is a highly recommended, five-star gym well worth visiting for anyone looking to start or continue their fitness journey.

    A great place to workout while having a team environment which allows you to have a better workout.

    Though I’m not the biggest fan of CrossFit, this gym has a great approach. The owner, Will, is a great guy, and commands excellence from his coaches, to which they deliver. I highly encourage anyone interested in checking this gym out, to do so!
