USPS employees at this site are helpful and friendly. As a business, we've never experienced issues with mail or packages. This branch also assisted us personally with passports. That process was fast and easy, and it was explained well to us by the staff.

Westfield IN delivery driver does not close mailbox door 60% of time. Today, all mail was destroyed by storm because incompetent postal delivery worker failed to simply close the mailbox door.

Worst post office I’ve ever dealt with. Consistently misplaces packages, doesn’t deliver, even gives broken keys for locks. They never take any responsibility, and the customer is left having to deal with getting replacements and specifying not to use USPS. These people are dumber than dumb, reading numbers is too difficult for them.

If the United States Postal Service was not a government agency, it would have gone out of business a long time ago for the abysmal service it provides alongside terrible customer service. This USPS location epitomizes the quality (or rather, the lack thereof) you've come to expect from government employees at a government agency: rude employees with too much job security. FedEx and UPS may be more expensive, but it's worth the extra few dollars to know you won't be treated horribly by incompetent staff and your package will arrive to its intended destination on time.

We had the most positive experience today at this location. I was getting passports for my two daughters. One of my daughter is autistic and really struggled taking photos. We were met with grace, patience, and just overall understanding and care. I want to thank the two ladies that helped us and I wish I had both of their names. You are an epitome of class!

There works a Chinese woman who is the worst of the worst, super racist, the service is the worst, I do not recommend you visit that place, she did not want to give us my son's passport because he does not speak Spanish

This is by far one of the worst Post Offices I’ve encountered, with Sheridan being the absolute worst. I dropped off a package with a pre-paid Poshmark label on Monday, December 23, but it was never scanned. After noticing no updates on the package, I went back on Thursday, December 26, to follow up. Kris Hill, the Postmaster at Sheridan (filling in for Phil Garcia during the holiday break), was unhelpful. When I spoke to Carson for an update, I overheard Kris shouting in the background, saying things like “there’s nothing we can do” and “not our problem”—completely unprofessional and disappointing. If this is the level of customer service, this post office is bound for failure. I’ve also left messages for both Phil Garcia and Shane, but neither has returned my calls. With all the growth happening in Westfield, it’s clear this location won’t be able to keep up. They need to do a complete reset and hire people that actually want to do their job!!

My 5 star review goes to the front counter employee Tom. I have had a time trying to get my packages forwarded to my new address and mail. Tom went above & beyond his job to make sure it happened. He actually drove over to my apt. complex & found my misplaced package. He also found another one at the branch. Kudos to dedicated employees like Tom that take pride in their job!

I gotta throw down 5 stars. Tom is the man!. It turns out this wasn't my local post office but Tom went above and beyond to fix an issue. I literally have never gotten this much help from any post office before. This place is way better than the place in medical Dr.

The staff is very rude and serves you reluctantly. Additionally, they have a bad attitude when you ask any questions. I do not recommend this place at all.

Terrible customer service. Absolutely no help and borderline rude. Filled out change of address over 2 months ago and they're still not delivering my mail.

I bought three items that are supposed to be delivered on June 24 2024 and one of my items was re-routed to this post office. Tracker says at customer request, we're holding the item. I left after 10 minutes of waiting for the staff to attempt to find my items because one of their carriers idiotically didn't do their job right. So now I have to make another trip to this location because the idiot who brought my item to the location didn't do their job right. I pray their bonuses are tied to their performance so nobody gets one.
