Was very disappointed when I asked the Pharmacist a question and she was very rude and had a demeaning attitude. I thought they were there to help.... will not go back to this Walgreens again.

All the reviews are older, this one (late September 2023) is new. The service at this pharmacy is the worst, and getting even more disastrous. Meds needed take over a week in some cases, and the line is always long, and the pharmacist won't even stop for a minute to help when there are 7 people waiting. Spent an hour getting to the desk yesterday. Talked to management and they said "I'M SORRY", and I said that's not an answer, go fix the issue - talk to the pharmacy about their bad reviews, and tell the store to get more help and some better people (only Roger seems to care). Walgreens needs to step in at the top.

I called and was on hold for over 45 minutes because my scripts were not received and I needed to speak to someone. Nobody picked up.I will be changing pharmacies because it is impossible to reach someone if you have an issue.

Spent an hour on hold Friday, gave up and tried again Monday. Currently on minute 89 without speaking to anyone. I should probably just drive there at this point but I'll just wait and switch pharmacies.

Website for prescription refills not working. Impossible to get a pharmacy tech on the phone. Please get more help! Lack of customer service is frustrating.

I have read a number of bad reviews here; I disagree strongly with them. I had 4 vaccines there last year and get all my prescriptions filled there. Yes, sometimes there's a wait, but pharmacists all over are extremely busy. The staff here is always friendly, the store is immaculate. They always get my prescriptions ready quickly and their drive-thru is very convenient.

I’ve gotten my prescriptions here for years and I don’t know what has happened in the last 12 months but I am switching pharmacies. This is consistently the worst experience - the waits are terrible both on the phone and in the store (sometimes hours), one of the pharmacists is consistently rude, they are not timely in filling prescriptions, and they are so short staffed. Consistently bad customer service, consistently frustrated customers.

I’ve been coming to this Walgreens Pharmacy for 10 years and I don’t know what’s happened the last 12 months, but they are consistently TERRIBLE!! My family has 10 scripts a month between 6 people, so I spend a lot of time at the pharmacy. They mix up electronic RX from the doctors, they never answer their phone, if a script comes in and they’re out of stock, nothing happens until you come check on it. I can’t take this anymore. I don’t want to find a new pharmacy, but I don’t feel I have a choice.

I don't know what happened but the pharmacy is a mess. It takes forever to get a prescription filled. I sat on hold for 30 minutes waiting to talk to someone - let me be clear, they never answered. The lines are horrible at both the drive thru and in the store.

Very poorly managed pharmacy. No matter what time you go—you will wait a minimum of 30-45 min (even if there isn’t a line). Will go to noblesville even if it is 20 minutes further away to avoid this train wreck. See other reviews regarding reputation. It is clear they need to fix their process in a hurry.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews. I have waited to leave a review because I kept thinking everytime was a short staff issue. But no, this location is the worst location I have ever had to deal with. I had to switch to Walgreens due to insurance and this location is closest to my home. They never call or update if it’s ready, I have had to call each time and it takes forever to get it filled. 4-5 hours. Today, my sons throat is close to all the way closed up, I call 30 minutes before they close and he says “Oh it looks like your insurance isn’t up to date.” I told him I updated it online. Then he says “I’ll have to check if we even have it” and it’s 30 minutes till close. Admitting that they don’t care to follow up and/or haven’t even looked at my prescription. I said “I have to have it either way so I am coming there and it if you don’t have it, it would have been nice to know hours ago because my doctor can’t send it to another location till tomorrow now.” Luckily it was in stock. Prior experiences have just been extremely slow. I went inside once and there just is no pep to any movement. I’m over this location!
