When I went into casey's jackie was the cashier. She greeted me when I walked in. She went above and beyond her position. I asked her if they had a certain item and she helped me with a big smile. I thought she was a manager, but found out she wasn't. I've had many great experiences going into casey's and dealing with Jackie and that's why I keep coming back. She's the definition of great customer service and she definitely deserves to be a manager.

If I could give the cashier Jackie 10 stars I would. She is so kind and every day that I have seen her inside of Caseys she embodies exactly what it means to work in customer service and having a positive attitude. Her welcoming demeanor coupled with the fact that she greets me like a friend has made some of my bad days turn around instantly. Jackie, thank you for being so kind and keep being you! <3

It's all about the pizza. Few realize this is the best thin crust pizza in the Michigan City metro. It's that good.

The Casey’s out here is probably one of the cleaner stations out here. The staff is always friendly, and always seems to have the orders ready quickly when I’ve done DoorDash in the local areas too. They have a wide variety of drinks, and a great rewards system.

Update: corporate apologized and resolved the issue. Glad Casey's as a company cares about patrons'experiences. Thank you! Original: This pizza is terrible. It looks like the lady employee just threw everything on there. I know it can be busy and making food is a tough job. But it's tough and not cut all the way through. Plus badly miscut. The Casey's in Walkerton is the best in the area. Won't order from here again sad to say.

Ordered carry out pizza.
One gluten free, one regular.
Get two regular and receipt clearly states the order.
Get there to pick up and lady jokingly says to me her and other employee had a couple pieces of your pizza.
Maybe instead of joking with customers do your job first.
It was my wife's favorite breakfast pizza until today.
Especially after driving 15 minutes each way to pick up.
I should have checked the pizzas before I left but I thought it was so easy of an order.
Especially when gluten free is medium and the regular is large.

We live in the neighborhood behind this Casey’s, so we are always here…. Charly is TERRIBLE with interacting with customers & doesn’t know his job well on the computer. I don’t know how he’s still here when all these recent reviews are about him. At first we thought it was a bad day but we have been back multiple times since and it’s not just a bad day it’s just HIM in general.

The cashiers are either rude or incompetent. The old lady in the morning acts like she hates her job and hates everyone else. The old man on afternoons is incompetent and does not know how to do his job. I was a regular there spending my hard earned money there. Since the last bad experience, I have not stopped in there at all and I will not until I know those two people are no longer working there.

I'm a nursing student at Purdue University Northwest. I stopped in this location several times and the the cashiers were very rude. I love Casey's, I stay in Valparaiso I love the service they provide at the Valparaiso location. This Casey's in Westville needs some customer service improvement.
