Age doesn't matter! I love these classes. Went to introductory class and never looked back. The instructors accommodate for physical challenges if you have any. I practice discipline, form, courtesy and functional fitness.

I joined this class for the physical activity. I ended up really liking the class. Instructor Joe Lanning is very knowledgeable, black belt, many years experience! He is patient and lets you go at your own pace. Highly recommended trying it, you may like it.

What a great environment for self development for youth in the community! I appreciate the healthy guidance and support for building habits of character. This is our first month and the owner allowed us to try a session. It was fun. I look forward to upcoming classes and events.
