All nurses and Doctors we helpful, caring kind, and thorough. When you are worried about your pet this is exactly the comfort and knowledge you need. I would recommend this Emergency Veterinary Care Clinic in Westville IN. I would not hesitate to visit them again should the need arise. An actual helpful person answers the phone and are open 24hrs a day, 365 days a year. Thank you to all of the staff that took wonderful care of Jersey.

We never imagined we would have such a professional, compassionate, responsive, and caring experience this past Saturday. The outcome was very difficult but we left feeling that we had done everything we could have, and made the right decision in regard to our pet who had experienced a severe injury. The doctors, the nurses, the secretaries are all a well working team here at this care center. And the overall cost was so much less than I expected. I recommend this veterinarian care center ! Don’t hesitate.

My first experience with emergency services for my fur babies. During the Christmas and New Years holiday 2023/2024. My cat hadn’t eaten and was throwing up foam. I was concerned and decided driving 1h 20m was my best option. It was a really long wait…about 4 hours, which I didn’t expect. However, it’s a holiday weekend about 6pm and all the doctors and nurses are working their tails off to see all the very sick pets. And, unfortunately you might overhear euthanasia. It’s cold in the waiting room, which I believe is supposed to be and they provide blankets. We ran tests. His vitals were fine. My cat was diabetic, but over time he was close to remission. He was cleared to go home. The doctor knew I didn’t want to leave him there and was confident after seeing the test results that he could go home. We went home. My cat didn’t get better. He wouldn’t eat or drink anymore and would lay in his litter box. We went back 3 days later. It was time to say goodbye to one of my best friends. The doctors and nurses throughout this whole ordeal were absolutely amazing. Compassion to the Nth degree. Words can’t describe how thankful I am that they provide these services. 24/7/365. For us devoted pet lovers, because they are also devoted pet lovers. I can imagine what goes through our minds, but I can’t imagine what goes through theirs. Doing everything in a dire situation, literally anything to help be able to take your beloved pet home. One nurse had adopted a kitten that was surrendered and wasn’t expected to survive, the kitten survived. It IS expensive, and rightly so. They have options…which is absolutely wonderful. They are worthy of my respect and admiration. All of them. I will travel here again and again if I ever need to. Let’s hope that you will never need to. They even text me the next day (before we went back) to check to see if there were any concerns or new symptoms. They also sent a sympathy card. That little thing meant the world to me. They took a few minutes to sign a card for someone they hardly knew. Maybe it is common for that, but I don’t care, it was most welcome and appreciated. I suppose I’ve rambled on far too long. I wanted you to know what they mean to me. They have all of my support. Well done, very well done. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

EVCC in Westville was amazing. They have caring and friendly staff, they let me call as often as I wanted to to check on our dog, they even arranged it so we could come visit her during her hospitalization. It's obvious how much they care about our pets and I trust them to care for mine.

Pleasant, friendly staff who were knowledgeable about our pet's health issue (anticoagulent rodenticide poisoning) and provided good, appropriate care of our pet. We particularly appreciated the care and kindness shown to us and our pets by staff.

Our heartfelt thanks to the staff at EVCC in Westville. Unfortunately our sweet Charlotte was found to have a mass in her abdominal cavity, taking her away from us within a couple hours after 13+ years of her sweetness and loyalty. Demitra was such a godsend, EVCC is lucky to have her, we don't know how she continues after 34 years. Leisa was also nice to us in our time of grief. Dr. Powers is an exceptional professional as a Veterinarian. All 3 gave us comfort and truth. We praise their involvement.and professionalism.Thank you,Anita & Tom

Professional staff yet personable and were able to make us feel secure and confident in their abilities. Responsive and good listeners, and when shifts changed standards did not. Skilled surgeon prevented additional complications, Dr. Power. All staff treated our dog as their own

Called at midnight said our dog was going through a seizure they said yea we will get here in, head down.Unfortunately she passed as we pulled into the parking lot off the highway. These girls had the best bedside manners. Wow. They didn’t charge us a dime and even gave us a foot print and a snoot prints and even put her in a bag so we could bury her at home. .
