My only gripe is, if they are out of stock on something, it takes a while for them to restock! It's so frustrating at times. So yeah, that's what my 4 stars represent. Probably me just being impatient ?”

“I frequently shop/order groceries from this Miejer quite often. some of my last few orders have had the strangest outcomes. for example: wilted salad and molded cucumbers? why is that even an option for my shopper to grab. again, not entirely my shoppers fault as much as it is the stores. generally speaking, I do enjoy my time here. they're very pleasant to talk to. always greet ya with a cheerful hello. overall very polite towards me and my partner, and I appreciate that.”
“Sams is a great experience for savings. They have everything we want or need and at much better pricing than similar competitors. Using the scan and go feature in the app allows for fast self checkout and ability to skip the lines. Huge time saver worth the price of membership alone”
“I give this store 4 stars only because the employees here are nice and helpful, but the store has limited stock and it doesn’t carry Milani products like other cvs stores. The store is clean and organized, just very little product to pick from compared to other cvs’s.”

“Easiest five stars ever. FOR WHAT IT IS. The food is dirt cheap. The quality isn't the best, but honestly it's really good for the price. Costco could charge a lot more if they wanted to. Today I got the cheese pizza slice, a hot dog, and a soda. Less than 4 bucks and I was full all afternoon. Everything was hot and fresh and tasted amazing.The service is always quick. Even if there is a huge line, I have never had to wait long. The actual dining area is just ok. It has space to sit, eat, and chat with friends. Not much more.Hard to beat the extreme low price of the Costco food counter. And even though the price is low the food is still great. You need to try it!!!”

“It was my first time going. The staff was professional and pleasant. After following the google map, I still had a hard time finding it. There's no sign outside the buildings telling you where to enter. I had to stop a lady in the parking lot. She gave me her parking spot. Other than that, there are no issues.”
“I have been a lifelong patient of another Indianapolis hospital system. But living so close to Franciscan Hospital, I have started dealing with them some in recent years. I have now had surgery, outpatient exams and testing, ER visits and a Hospital stay at Franciscan. I have never had a bad experience. All of the doctors and staff have been so lovely and caring. My only complaint is that the Hospital is a bit confusing and difficult to get around in.”

“Came here initially bc my local CVS was a complete disaster for several months (& is still very hit-or-miss), literally closing their pharmacy for 4 days in a row bc they couldn't staff it (this is 2023, not the height of COVID).
So, my nurse practitioner said she's always had great interactions with the local Genoa. I'd never heard of Genoa, but figured I'd give them a try, and wow! HUGE difference between Genoa and local CVS, Walgreens, etc. So much better!
I've used them for a full year now and never waited more than 5 min. no matter what time of day I come. They are consistently polite, respectful, and compassionate, and genuinely interested in helping me. They remember my name, suggest options to make getting and taking my prescriptions easier and cheaper, and never seem judgemental. Yes, their hours are more limited with only being open M-F, 9a-5p, but as long as I plan ahead on my refills, I'll take their quick and easy service and reliable consistency over the local 24hr chain any day.

“I moved my prescriptions to this pharmacy from CVS due to the lack of customer service and staffing at CVS. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the staff at this Kroger pharmacy. I’ve had a couple of issues with medication being out of stock or on back order (not within their control), and they always go above and beyond helping me track down the medication at a different location and then transfer it for me. They handle all of the phone calls behind the scenes and are always super helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely a positive experience compared to the customer service I’ve received at other pharmacies.”
