“Grabbed mad bags of chia seeds my guy. Started downing like 9 tbsp per day to get my 100% daily value of fiber. Turns out, not such a great idea. Had these massive painful bowel movements that had me like ow bro, that ain't right. Had to cut the chia seeds out completely. Might go back to a moderate dose of chia seeds just to finish off the bags i got. But word to the wise: diversify your fiber profile. Ain't no joke out here.”
“So thankful for Costco pharmacy. My Mastiff has to take Mycophenolate for her IMPA. I went to CVS and Walgreens and for one month it was hundreds of dollars. I was seriously in tears trying to wrap my head around how I was going to be able to afford the drug she needed to stay alive. Costco sells it for less than $40.”

“It was my first time going. The staff was professional and pleasant. After following the google map, I still had a hard time finding it. There's no sign outside the buildings telling you where to enter. I had to stop a lady in the parking lot. She gave me her parking spot. Other than that, there are no issues.”
“I have been a lifelong patient of another Indianapolis hospital system. But living so close to Franciscan Hospital, I have started dealing with them some in recent years. I have now had surgery, outpatient exams and testing, ER visits and a Hospital stay at Franciscan. I have never had a bad experience. All of the doctors and staff have been so lovely and caring. My only complaint is that the Hospital is a bit confusing and difficult to get around in.”

“I love the pharmacy crew. But the employees up front, one in particular - the lady that used to be manager. Maybe store manager idk. She was older Indiana lady. She is rude, condescending, disrespectful, makes you feel stupid, and she follows you like you steal. This is my pharmacy I have been coming here for years. I always across my fingers hoping she is not there when I go get my scripts. Sometimes I have to wait so I browse the store and I do the care pass so I get ten dollars a month. So I'm also shopping. She is just not someone who should be near people at all. She needs to be in the stock room where there is no one. She is taking that title to her head. I have a small backpack purse. She said I couldn't come in with it. I've been coming in here for about 10 years with it and no one has said a thing. Its expensive so I keep my purses in tip top shape. But this lady has to go. I can't. I'm going to change to Walgreens. But I love my pharmacy people.”

Not only the cleanliness of the store, especially with it being later in the night, but also the smiles, kindness and helpfulness of everyone that I had the pleasure of interacting with. “I can't say enough good things about these people at the Walgreens here on County Line. I've had horrific experiences with Kroger and CVS and other pharmacies since the pandemic. It's like it never phased these people at this Walgreens. They are professional, competent, friendly and work with me to make sure my prescriptions are covered and answer all my questions! They are super quick and I've never really had to wait more than one or two minutes to get my prescription! While other pharmacies still use the pandemic as an excuse for their incompetence, this Walgreens delivers! The only drawback is that they are closed on weekends and have shorter hours but the trade-off is worth it to me! I've never had better service at a pharmacy than this one! I'd give it 10 Stars if I could!”

“I had such a wonderful experience at this Walgreens and really wanted to recognize Jessica and Janis for going above and beyond for me.
I called looking for a specific toy that I had been trying to find, and Jessica spent probably 20 minutes on the phone with me talking through availability and the upcoming restock. She took down my information and told me she would call me first thing on restock day—and she actually did! She called me this morning with an update and gave me detailed instructions on who to ask for since she wouldn’t be there later in the day. She was genuinely excited to help me find what I was looking for, and her kindness absolutely made my day.
I wasn’t able to make the hour drive there until later, so Jessica had already left for the day, but she had made sure everything was communicated to Janis, who was just as sweet and helpful when I arrived. Everything went exactly as Jessica had explained, and I was able to get what I had driven all that way for.
It may seem like a small thing, but the amount of care Jessica put into helping me—from that first long phone call, to remembering to call me on restock day, to making sure someone else knew what was going on when I arrived—really warmed my heart. She didn’t have to put that much effort into helping me, but she did, and you could tell she was genuinely happy to do it.
Jessica was a wonderful representative of what customer service should look like. I drove an hour to this location, and I would happily do it again because of how kind and helpful they were. Please make sure she gets the recognition she deserves! ❤”

“It's a typical Walgreens. I have had problems with them having a particular prescription. So I changed to mail order. No problem. Other than that, they have typical snacks, greeting cards, health care products, and some food and drinks in their frigs and freezers. This one has had problems getting their freezer working. It has been a while since they have had ice cream. On a positive note, I'm not as tempted to cheat on my diet.”

“Just wanted to say this location is one of the best ones left around , we may miscommunicate on pickup times with autofill doing its thing sometimes but they always take care of me and make sure I have my meds ready to be picked up all at once ( no easy task I have lots of prescriptions) since I drive past a few other CVS locations to come to this one by choice. And anytime I have a question or need to get something changed Brittany one of the pharmacy techs there calls me within minutes and takes care of the issue . Thank you CVS whiteland team!”
