No exchange policy will be honored at this location just because they ignore the corporation rules! A teenager manager of the store, who doesn’t care about anyone or anything ethical. When I showed her the website and corporate returns policy she just ignored it and said she wouldn’t do it! Dollar tree you need to start looking for better employees and start raising minimum wage, because what you offer that is what you get. Low wage….low qualified employees…

This store was a disaster. It is literally a fire hazard here. From unloaded boxes in the aisles to the mess that I could see in their stockroom, this store was the worst dollar tree I have seen, and that is saying something! This place needs to close down until they can get caught up with unloading their merchandise and get the boxes out of the aisles.

I always seem to fine what I need in this store. When I went up to front of store 9-3-25 to pay. The nice clerk had to ask the manager who was at next register what a price would be. Manager was not very nice to other clerk. The manager has an issue with the way she dresses. Her jeans were have way down her butt show everything on her back sign. Why doesn't she wear a belt
It was discussing. Corporate needs to check into this problem.

I think we have experienced some rudeness today, the grown lady at the cashier today August 7 on the evening shift was talking about my girlfriend in english thinking she didn’t speak english, about how she was dressed, guess what? She does speaks english and she understood every single word, the lady at the cashier said she was vulgar, the lady told the other grown man who was a customers as well that she shouldn’t be allowed to walk in the store, the guy told her she should call the manager so they can kick her out from the store, everything was said right in front of her. Wearing gym clothes is not vulgar!!! I understand grown people have different thoughts but having a lady like her at the cashier judging people is not acceptable and it does not coordinates with the mission and values of the company. Wish there was a manager with thoughts on the ground around there so she could have addressed this situation right away.

Love this store definitely a great place to grab anything you need for cheep all your necessities in one little area great prices and a good peaceful atmosphere could use a stock person or someone with good organization skills not a bad place at all vary recommend

I stopped in here recently to pick up a simple quick need. Wow. The place is quite interesting, and I feel like it was practically a health hazard walking around with all of the stuff piled up. I think it would be cheaper for Dollar tree to buy an empty space and just put the boxes of crap out for people to buy and go through. THIS IS NO REFELECTION ON THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE! Rather, it's just a reflection on the company as a whole and how little they truly care about their stores. I know there is never enough staffing to keep up in stores like that when they just continually keep sending crap to sell. I've always enjoyed my encounters with the staff there the few times I've gone in, and the little lady they have working check out a lot cracks me up. She may not be the fastest in the industry but she's kind and nice and you can tell she's trying, at least the times I've interacted with her. I will also say places like this don't bring the cream of the crop in for shopping. I heard some people going off about the most ridiculous things. The first world problems those people worry about are just ridiculous, but I guess they have no other worries in this world as long as they can keep buying cheap goods and complaining about it to the poor workers who have to deal with it. Anyway, thanks for all you do to try keeping it up and good luck with that. Until the leadership above you truly cares more, nothing will ever change. Oh, and I was impressed they now sell 'Luxury' Carpet Freshener! Lol

Love the variety and the craft stuff. Not impressed with the higher priced stuff, especially that priced higher than groceries. All in all, though, love it and just ignore the higher priced stuff.
