Not worth doing business with, doctor repeatedly sends meds out that may wife needs, and they keep denying them. Do not do business with them. Find alternate options.

Always out of my blood pressure medicine and my wife's diabetes medicine. No other pharmacy seems to have trouble filling our prescriptions. We get filled and soon after get a message telling us we could save money by using express scripts. Very poorly run company.

I've nothing but trouble with express scripts. Tired of having to call because they can't fill a prescription the doctor just wrote. They say they'll contact my doctor but never do. Then I have to call several times and keep getting the run around because customer service doesn't know what's going on. I'll pay the extra and have a local pharmacy fill them from now on.

Didn’t let me know they changed coverage until it was time to refill. Tried to charge me over 4k for my prescription that I need. Charged my $15 in March Denied my appeal. Didnt have any remorse. What a terrible company.

Absolutely abysmal. Having to explain the issue every time I call, being assured it's fixed, and then having the issue happen again. I should have had my prescriptions 2 weeks ago. Never had an issue until I was moved to express scripts.

Express scripts doesn't deserve any stars. They said they could fill my scripts. They didn't. Then they tell me they can transfer them to the pharmacy I use if they call that was also untrue. Now I have to get new prescriptions from my doctor and hope they will fill them. WILL NEVER USE EXPRESS SCRIPTS EVER AGAIN!!!

Garbage company, who cares that I’m dying of cancer right? Let’s take nearly a month to give me my chemotherapy pills because we don’t know what the hell we’re doing. Meanwhile my tumors grow and spread. Thanks for killing me slowly Accredo. 👍

3 prescriptions sent June 19th, 2 filled in 2 days. The 3rd and most important (insulin) still processing after 9 days ! No chat option , no email option. Phone call puts you on multiple holds with person you can't understand ! Time to find a new Medicare part D provider.

got on this express script thing after I retired and needed a Medicare part D pharmacy. Do not go here unless you have a phone number that you have to dig for to get to the pharmacist direct otherwise, you get some broken language Philippines person that can speak English as well as a wild ape. Hang up and move on. this place will drive one to insanity if you're trying to order your Rx's
