This company is not good to work for, its staff is very racist, especially in the pharmacy, all the staff are upset, and they don't work happy, many people who, because they are black, nobody talks to you, it's only a white company!

I was recently charged almost $74 for ibuprofen 400's. My Union at work was able to resolve this insanity and I will be looking for another mail order prescription company. Disgraceful...

I cannot exactly describe what a horrible experience this has been. My health insurance forces us to use them. I’m seriously concerned with the amount of errors and time it’s taken to get my prescriptions, they might actually kill someone with the level of incompetence. They sent me double orders, charged me for both, refuse to refund me. They then lied about it and just continuously transfer you. They don’t send orders, cancel orders, do not communicate any of this to you. You are left waiting for something that is never coming. Then they force you to spend hours on the phone with them while you explain to them how to do their job. I’m so over it! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Receiving is in the back.Receiving hours are M~F 7am-3pm.Trucks have to come in off of 500 E.NO OVERNIGHT PARKINGRent-a-pig came out at 3 am and said no one but him allowed on lot before 7am. Didn't care that I had a 6 am appt nor did he understand HoS. Backed into door at 7 am with 2 other trucks already there. I guess they play favorites here.

For truckers delivering. This place took us in right away. We did help unload so only 9 minutes and we were on our way. Definitely would come back. Staff was also nice.

I have noticed how we were rushed out of training, when we got to the floor we were expected to know things we couldn't have known right out of the gate. Management talks down to you and everything is about what you have done wrong, little constructive feedback.

1 star is the best I can do. Unfortunately they have no trust in people paying their bills even though there's never been a problem with me paying in the past 10+ years. They refused to fill my maintenance scripts unless I paid with a credit card because they hadn't processed my previous payment of only $70.00. With some of my scripts at $40.00 each it didn't take long to add up. I've been going without my prescribed maintenance drugs due to their distrust and greediness. Not all people have credit cards, and those that do don't want to give the info over the phone! They need to either process payments faster, or start trusting their regular customers!

I work here and it is a fantastic company to work for
