Great locally owned Business. Always recommend Jensen! I believe they have the fairest prices around! Honest unlike the other shops. They will tell you if something HAS to be repaired or not. Other local shops have tried to tell my Daughter she had to have entire AC system replaced WITHOUT actually pulling it in and looking. Jensen will be our forever mechanic!

I'm on the fence honestly - original work seemed fine (all four brakes done), but a month later was back in because a one of the bolts in the caliper had come loose and was rubbing on the wheel. I'm guessing no thread lock was used which should have been. They stated they would repair the damage to the wheel (which was slight but damaged) but I have yet to hear from them and calls not returned.

Super friendly and accommodating. Was able to remove the drain nut on the oil pan that had stripped out. Saved me close to $700! I will definitely be back!

I was referred to Jensen Automotive from another repair shop and I’m glad I checked them out! I had a handful of things that needed repaired and maintenance after lending my vehicle to a friend for an extended period and they didn't take care of it. I called and they told me to bring my Audi in the next morning, when I got there everything was explained to me and everyone was friendly and professional. My Audi was done the next day and running great! I will be patronizing these guys with my Audi from here on out!Services: Electrical repair
