Great place to get pet supplies and wash your dogs if needed. The dog baths were clean and easy to use and made things efficient and easy. Store was well stocked and staff were very friendly and helpful. Store location is easy to get to with ample parking. Overall solid experience and would recommend.

I am very sad to write this review because we have always enjoyed your staff and the store. They staff has always been kind and helpful. I would have never expected to have to write a bad review! I made an online order using a coupon on Sunday, October , 2023 . I have purchased at Pet Supplies Plus in Whitestown since they opened. I made a few online orders during Covid for curbside pick up and my husband always did the pick up. We have moved much farther away. However, I took the opportunity to use the coupon as well as continuing to support Pet Supply Plus. I immediately received an email stating that if the order was not picked up in two days, the order would be canceled and restocked. So I called two different times to let them know that my husband would be in to pick up on Tuesday or Wednesday because I was concerned my ordered would be canceled even though it was paid in full. I spoke to Jet on Sunday who assured me it was not a problem . He was very nice on the phone. I spoke to another very nice lady on Monday who again reassured me a note would be put on our order and it would be no problem. Today, Tuesday, my husband went down to pick up our dog food order . He was told that he could not pick up the dog food because he was not on our account. He had the receipt with the order information on his phone. I called and very rudely informed that my husband could not pick up the food because he was not on the account. I am not sure why would he would not be on the account we have both used it for years. I was informed that I should’ve marked a box online that someone other than myself would be picking up the order. Again, my husband and I have use this account for years. I would have never thought to check that box even if I had seen it because to my knowledge it was our account. I also was informed that nothing could be done to solve the problem. I could have provided the credit card number I used. The rude lady could have looked at our account and seen that we have shopped there for years. There could have been many solutions that would have allow him to pick it up our order. I was informed the change happened a year ago. Again, to my knowledge, the account was mine and my husbands. I’ve never spoken to someone so rude over the phone or in person at your establishment. She kept talking over me and telling me the only option was to cancel the order and lose the discount. We buy hundreds of bags of dog food a year. We joined you dog food program a long time ago because it offered one free bag after so many bags were purchased. I learned later that that did not include purchases of 50lb bags. Wow again, but ok! Pet Supplies Plus cannot stock enough Purina dog food to meet our needs because they don’t receive enough from Purina. However, I continued to try to give my business to Pet Supplies Plus because I want them to succeed and I care about small business owners. I would think every customer should matter even if your business is thriving. I am in shock that this could not be taken care of especially when I called the store Sunday and Monday. So good luck Pet Supplies Plus you have a lost a very long time customer. I will never make another purchase from any Pet Supplies Plus. I understand rules are put in place for a reason. I also believe that you should be able to look back at our account and know that we have been good customers and find a way to help in this situation. The extremely rude lady that I was transferred to after Jet answered the phone today has definitely sealed the deal on us ever returning. I am guessing she was the manager. Unfortunately I do not recall her name. I believe it started with an S. I’m sure you can check the schedule for October 3, 2023 at 3:08pm and figure it out. Maybe you have recorded lines! Nonetheless, you don’t need us as customers and we can certain spend our money elsewhere.

Pretty nice place with a big selection but it's way overpriced I find toys that I want for my dog in there and then buy them on Amazon brand new for half price.

Cat taken to vet. Called for appointment due to cat changes. Cassie assured me.they could get cat in next day and would ðiscuss w vet my issues and get something to calm.cat down. Cassie Never happened. I called next am as Cassie was supposed to call back and get us in. Cassie not there the person answering phone had a difficult time understanding me after giving her my phone number at least 4 times and having to repeat it again. I told her to to get someone else because we weren't communicating well. I called again I got I think name was Brittany who said I was offered an appointment the next day from Cassie who never returned my call. I said if Cassie would.have called me back about the RX and given me a time for appointment. I would have take.her up on it. Brittany wanted to continue to argue w me over that and said she saw where there was a call back for me for next day. But had i accepted the appointment offer from Cassie i would have one. I needed something to calm this cat for an appointment and didn't get that so I was waiting on call back. Cassie said there would be no.problem getting me in. See where that went. Don't believe what they say and I expected a call back the.day Cassie was to talk with M D. Brittany was argumentative about something she knew nothing about and then the communication from the one who answered the phone could not get my number right.. what a Farce. I have to.say the first time I was there the vet was good . If they can only get their staff fixed...they make.their vet.look bad.
