Often times out of town physicians confirm they have heard all good things about them. Mom and Pop, several pharmacist, PTs, Purdue and Butler Pharm kids working, all are happy and eager to look after customers. Looked after employees make for well looked after customers. It's a happy place, quick turn around by folks that know you. I actually enjoy going in for refills. They simply blow away the chains whom seem to have the polar opposite approach to care.”

“This is an appreciation post for a delivery driver named Quintin. Quintin was delivering my mother's medicine when she fell trying to open the door. When she called me for help I was horrified and upset but she told me he was there and she was ok.He came in and waited with her until my son and I arrived he made her feel safe and he talk with her until we came. It said a 70 minute wait that only took 40 mins and the Nurse Practitioner was very attentive, informative,and took care of my cold / flu needs.

“I stopped by this Kroger location after brunch with a friend to get some groceries, and was very impressed with the store. This is probably the best Kroger I have shopped at in Indy in quite a while. The ambiance is different and nice, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. They are very organized and the checkout lines are clear and not crazy busy. I was lucky enough to have a check out line open while waiting in line, and was the first one in line to checkout. The cashier was great and very professional. My shopping experience at this Kroger was wonderful compared to other Krogers. It was smooth and not crazy and hectic like other Kroger locations. The staff actually knows what they are doing and are competent enough to do their job. The selection of produce is better at this Kroger than other locations I have noticed as well. I will definitely be back at this Kroger to do grocery shopping, because it is a pleasant experience.”
“This is a nice, brand new store. It is large and spacious. It can be a little confusing because they have lots of aisles but the items are spaced weirdly. You may find the same item in multiple locations around the store or somewhere you would not think to look. I was hoping when they built this one that they would keep the angled parking spaces that were there already but they didn't and the spots are tight and a little hard to get into. Since it is the only grocery store on the north side of Brownsburg along with Walmart and Aldi, I will most likely continue to shop there because their sales and digital coupons are good. Kroger is the most expensive of the three, however.”

Service is fine when it’s available… but to have to close a pharmacy on the weekends is unacceptable! This location needs to solve its staffing issues asap! When meds have a “pick up only” parameter, it’s tricky to pick them up when the pharmacy is never open.”

“I was more interested in seeing how big of an operation Express Scripts is, then I see all these bad reviews. I’ve been using them for years, and have never had any issues. Every time I call, I speak to a knowledgeable person who seems to care. The only time my medication was close to running out was because my health care provider wouldn’t send them my prescription.”
