Was recently treated to a pedicure for Christmas…… what a fantastic experience! The staff were friendly, most were smiling!!!!! How often do you go into a salon for a service and you’re barely greeted, sometimes even made to feel like you are a bother? The tech that did my pedicure was often checking to make sure I was comfortable, the water temp was how I liked it…… the massage portion was the best! My nails looked great, feet and legs felt amazing, I left feeling very pampered! I will be back!

Always love to get my nails done here. I have been a repear customer since they opened, including my wedding nails. Sometimes, there can be a wait, so make sure to have an appointment ahead of time!

Thank you for the beautiful manicure!Edit: the French manicure with sparkles was done on one of their busiest days with just a call ahead. I declined cuticle oil and the massage because they were working so hard and I can do it at home. Sisters' Nail & Spa is by far the best place to get your nails done in the Indy area. Every single nail tech has an attention to detail that is simply unmatched anywhere else. They also guarantee their work for a set period of time (depending on the service) which is an additional level of comfort - not that I've ever had to actually make use of this (again - their quality is just that good)! I worked with them recently to bring in my bridal party to get our nails done before my wedding. They were easy to work with in getting us scheduled and even opened up the shop early that day to fit us all in. Overall - I highly recommend Sisters!Services: Nail extensions

I’ve been to the spa three times. The first time I didn’t feel like she did a very good job on my nails. The second time I thought she did a really good job on my nails, but she did not do anything behind the Nails like clean them out any type of work there. So today I go in for a new set because I felt that’s it was very dirty because she never really cleaned them to begin with.Not sure if she’s the manager or what, but someone tried to talk me into not getting a new set for some reason, even though I called and made an appointment for a new set.Then today, after all of that, I got the most painful, manicure of my life. I thought perhaps maybe I was just having sensitive skin today but afterwards I see where she has cut into my skin. Made my skin very red and possibly even left a chemical burn. The nail itself looks OK but my skin around was borderline mutilated.I am going to be finding a new spa.

I can hear based on a recommendation from a friend and it is not a close drive for me, I had about a one hour commute. I have to say that it was definitely worth it! The place is very large with lots of staff and customers, they were very busy!! I called earlier in the week to make an appointment and had no issues with scheduling, but I would recommend scheduling in advance because like I said.. they were very busy. Despite the amount of customers, I had zero wait time and both of the technicians I encountered were attentive and polite. I did a gel polish for my toes, no pedicure and a dip manicure. The attention to detail for both services was amazing. With my nails in particular the lady asked me before applying a top coat to please took at the nails and anything I thought needed to be fixed, even minor, she wanted to take care of. I will 100% be returning, even with the long drive because I loved the service.It also seemed like they had several regulars that had several nice things to say about the business as well!Services: Nail polish changes

I’ve been going here for a while and working with different technicians. My most recent dip, nail manicure chipped within two weeks on a couple fingers. I went in today, fully expecting them to charge me for fixing those two nails. Not only did she clean up the broken nails, she touched up all of my other nails as well without any appointment and free of charge. Customer service is amazing here. That small little effort has made me a permanent customer with them. Definitely the best in the area!Service: Dip powder

It was our first time here and we loved our experience. My daughters and I had our toes and nails painted with Gel and they did a beautiful job. My nail technician was Sammy and she did a phenomenal job! This is now are go to spot!Services: Polish removal
