If I could give them 0 for customer service it would be too high of a rating! Person I spoke with to disconnect service when we moved was beyond rude and extremely unhelpful! So disappointing that customer service and just being polite to another person is a thing of the past for some!!

Stay away from TDS. They make a bunch of promises, that they don't keep. The price will go up without warning. And their customer service is the worst...it takes 45 min each call and they put you on hold constantly.

I canceled my service in May and they continue to send me bills and take money from the previous autopay.Why does an internet company have such a poor website and no app?How many times do I need to confirm that I am canceled before you stop billing me?
