Cade Johnson was our sales person on 11/7/23. He offered stellar customer service and was very professional! Upon arrival he went over details of the vehicle we were considering buying, drove with us to test drive and all the while, explaining things and answering any questions we had. He went above and beyond for us which made us feel comfortable buying from Tom Wood. He is a true asset to this dealership!!!

I pulled in and was greeted right away. Oil change was completed and more work was recommended because of the mileage. No pressure. I have the estimate and will call for an appointment for that. Very professional, respectful, no pressure and work done in a reasonable amount of time. Very pleased with the service here.

I made an appointment for my new car’s first 5000 miles check up and to address scratches on the front fender. Service manager , Kolton, was outstanding! He was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and kind. He called to tell me how much the scratch removal would cost, and then called back when the job was finished. I don’t know the name of the person who took care of the scratches, but he/ she did a perfect job!!!

The staff, especially Alex, were so kind when I had a last-minute emergency and had to cancel. Alex called back in 10 minutes to express her concern. When I was able to finally get there 2 hours after my appointment, they were able to work me in. They are a phenomenal group of people!

I was driving back from Lafayette to Indy and all my dash lights came on. I googled the nearest Toyota dealership and it turns out it was just down the road. It was after four when I got there and they were able to squeeze be in for a diagnostic and Alex took fantastic care of me. They offered me an Uber ride home but I opted to stay and they let me know I was good to drive so I made it to where I needed to get to and came back this morning to get service. The waiting room is big and comfortable and it has wifi so I'm able to work from here with my laptop.

Ron helped us find the best vehicle for our family needs. He was so patient with us as we tried multiple vehicles and knowledgeable when we had questions. I would highly recommend working with him. Buying a car is never easy, but the team at Tom Wood is really doing their best to support customers through the buying process. On top of that, their lifetime power train warranty is hard to pass up. We took home a 2023 Toyota Venza, and it is perfect!

I’ve taken my car here a couple of times now and the service has always been great. They are super up front, do a great job, and offer financing to help pay for repairs. Highly recommend for anyone with a hybrid!

This was my first time getting a car and I don’t think it would be possible for me to have a better experience that I did at Tom wood Toyota. I was so afraid of being scammed, I had a couple bad experiences at other dealerships but I felt very comfortable there. I worked directly with Evan “ET” and he laid everything out clearly and I really had a positive experience. He was very through and answered all of my questions and even if he was sure about the answer he would ask his boss to make sure everything he was saying is correct. After this experience I think I will be a Toyota buyer forever, thank you so much ET! Also, Wyatt and Kyle were delightful to work with and no part of me felt scammed after I left. These staff members did a phenomenal job and I would 100% recommended this dealership to others. Overall a great experience! Side note we were in and out of there in 3 hours, so time efficient seriously a remarkable experience.

Seamless purchase! I cannot get over how kind and decent this dealership is. We had been to 2 other dealers looking to buy a new vehicle. Both were the typical dealers you know to avoid. Tom Woods Toyota turned out to be the best dealership experience in all my years of buying cars. From our salesperson ET, the sales manager, to Finance, every one was pleasant, honest, and just gave a good vibe. I watch numbers down to every dollar and this is the place that doesn’t try anything shady. My daughter’s first car purchase was a great one!

I bought Toyota Tundra TRD PRO from Chris. I have to say Chris is very helpful in every aspect of buying a car. He sent me video & detailed pics., answered all my questions very professionally. Even Kevin at finance was very nice guy to deal with. Overall very good experience of buying a car. I will recommend them to friends & family.

Good visit. They gave their recommendations and did what they were asked. Didn't try and upsell me on any services or sneak them in there without telling me, unlike the dealer at Keystone (went in for oil change-came out with a $500 bill. No explanation).

Bought a 2013 Tacoma but it had not been detailed when I purchased it. I tried to get refunded or compensated for just not having them detail it but they would not cooperate, forcing me to drive from Lafayette to Whitestown and wait around for 3-4 hours while they "detailed" my truck. I get in my truck to find; crumbs and debris from the previous owner, an arm rest that was obviously not thoroughly wiped down, carpet that had barely been vacuumed, and little to no attempt to remove the stains in the back seats which they said they would easily be able to remove. When I brought this up with the shop worker at the desk he showed little concern about it, said that the main detailer wasn't around, and the best he could offer me was another drive to Whitestown and another 3-4 hours of waiting around while they detailed it again. I don't want it detailed again, I wanted it properly detailed the first time around. If you have any intentions to get your vehicle detailed, find some place else to have it done.

Overall a good experience. It was a win - win situation. I came not expecting to come home with the car that I really wanted. I thought I would have to make reservation on a vehicle that are in build phase at the factory but a vehicle exactly to my specifications have recently arrived. Needless to say I test drove it and loved it. Fresh from the factory with 5 miles on it. Sales man Tim and finance man wyatt was great. They work with me patiently. Wyatt even beat my bank loan rate and not only that he was able to secure me a very awesome rate.

We had an amazing experience at Tom Wood Toyota in Whitestown. The salesman who worked with us (Daniel) was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was the best! Everyone there was great! Wyatt was so kind as he walked us through the financial process. And we got a great deal on a used Corolla that will last for years! We would highly recommend Tom Wood Toyota to anyone looking for great service and quality cars.
