I blew out a tire on the Indiana Toll Road and was towed the this location. The staff here were incredibly accommodating. They didn't have the tires I needed and drove to a nearby location to obtain them for me. Staff were pleasant, professional and extremely prompt. While the situation was not ideal, I felt better knowing I was in such good hands.

Tim and Vida, I hope I spelled his name right, was very kind and professional. The service was quick and efficient. They have a new customer, I will bring my car back for some type of service.

I was forced to take my car to this shop to have it repairs. They did not repair correctly and my car broke down on my drive home from the shop and I was forced to go somewhere else to fix the break. After having it properly fixed by another shop, I called Car-X and the manager said he would reimburse me. After over a month of multiple calls later I still have not been reimbursed. Terrible customer service and horrible repair shop.

Had an appointment on Monday at 730, and they were closed left and came back at 815 still closed. Called to reschedule my appointment for Friday at 8:00 go there and the mechanic is late and won't be there until 9:00 or later.

Number listed for the shop directs you to car-x service line. An appointment was made for 6pm. I arrived around 5:40pm. Lady looks at me like I’m crazy. I entered and stated I had an appointment. Then she proceeds to say no… did you call are service line? Then say’s we can’t do your alignment. We need an hour an a half. Then says “he’s on break” as the tech/mechanic sitting next her starts unwrapping his tacos. The shop hours listed has closing time of 7pm. The young lad Proceeds to ask questions about my truck in a demeaning manner. As if I didn’t own my vehicle for the past 14yrs. I decided to leave as my appointment was not obliged. There’s an obvious disconnect with the shop and service center. It is clear the staff the was not trained properly or supervised well. My money will go elsewhere. The service at this location needs much customer service training, as no effort or interest to work, resolve and ensure a present and future client. I won’t be surprised if this location shuts down. JUST-TIRES hear I come.

Was told over the phone estimates are free. Drove 30 minutes to get there just for the mechanic to tell me it’s $288 for an estimate. Straight bs. $288 for an estimate? Are you joking? Let alone them lying about it. Don’t come here this place is not the spot you want to take their vehicle. Straight rip offs and lying people. Don’t know how this company is still up and running. Petition to shut it down will begin very soon because they are liars and trying to rip people off.

horrible. took 3 hours for an oil change and then my speedometer sensor was reading very off immediately after the oil change without prior problems. When i reached out to explain, they tried blaming the transmission instead of taking accountability and fixing what they messed up for free. They didn’t even accept the possibility that they messed something up. never go here. Terrible service.

We were traveling to Chicago when we got a nail in our tire and was leaking air. Car-X was able to get us in right then and there and patched the tire and we were on our way in a half hour.

Alicia the store manager is so professional and respectful to all of the customers. This is a small location but they work really hard and do great automotive repairs. BIG shoutout to angel for working on my car with only one technician on board this young man and his work ethic are unmatched. Would recommend to anyone looking for car work.

They are not open on Sunday. I called and made appointment this morning, got an email confirming and get there for them not to be open. Someone needs to notify the corporate office or the appointment department.

The store manager Tim and Assistant manager Alicia are fantastic. Alicia is always polite and helpful and Tim walked me through the process of getting my tires balanced and explained what the issue I was having and saved me a bunch of money on a bad quote from Pep Boys.
