I am very disappointed with their customer service. I called and left a message which I respected the fact it would take a couple days to get a return call and never got one. My husband personally went in to request an appointment and was rudely told he would get a call back. Well we never got a call back and I would no longer recommend anyone there.

I just took my sister hairy-son, looks like this is their place for grooming him, I just I didn’t like how my hairy-nephew look at the end of his grooming, he has some areas with some long hairs, like we said in Spanish he looks “trasquilado”But give it 4 stars for their customer service and clean area.

Linda goes above above and beyond with her customer service. We have a unsocialized, uncooperative, fear aggression, allergy rid, foster failure, Akita mix who also suffers from hot spots. She is patient, kind. She loves dogs.

Was referred by a friend and couldn’t be any happier. They took in my three dogs all at once. They did an amazing job on all three of them! Great pricing, work, and environment. Super friendly and great with the dogs. Already scheduled their next appointment and look forward to it. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We just picked up our Rosie for her first time at Doggie Spa, and she looks great! We are very satisfied with all! Lynn is great! we even booked her next appointment! We can now walk to and from her appointments. Thank you!

Our dogs always come home so soft and so shiny and they take all of our dogs at once. It also isn't an all day ordeal. We pick the time to bring them, walk to the corner and hang out at the Grindhouse and the dogs are ready usually in just about an hour!
