The car I bought from OMNi was unfortunately wrecked, and the insurance company initially wasn't going to cover what was still owed on the car. I spoke with Bob, and he confirmed that the insurance company was shortchanging me. The very next day, Bob and Pablo went above and beyond by finding a lawyer and an appraiser to help me with my situation.
Thank you so much, guys, for being there for me in my time of need!

We looked all day for a used car for my daughter and found nothing but really junky used cars at a high price. We found very nice vehicles at this dealership and the salesman, Pablo, was very informative, kind, and willing to work with us. We found a very nice car but the only problem is it needed brakes in the front and they were willing to either fix the vehicle or give us a lesser price. And we chose the lesser price because we have a family member that does mechanical work. No other dealer would do that. They just tell you that's the price and that's figured into the price and that's it and they just tell you take it or leave it. That's why I'll say again. Pablo was very kind, very eager to work with us in our situation and even on the day we picked up the vehicle, Bob, the owner was very kind and very appreciative of our business. Even had his son help us connecting my daughter's phone to the Bluetooth in the vehicle. If you want to be talked to like a human being, not just another customer that walked in, this is the place to go.
