Today I went to get a pedicure, and I was served by a man whose work I didn't like. It didn't even take 20 minutes; for that, I would have just washed my feet at home.

My first manicure in over 8 years. Glad I found this place. Clean and comfortable layout, laid back atmosphere. Very professional and polite staff. Even though they spoke their native language amongst themselves as they worked I didn't mind; my nail tech kept her attention and focus on my hands. I was pleased with the result

I used to love this spot however i came here on a Thursday afternoon and the lady said 30 minutes. Waited for an hour + and it seemed like they were nowhere near ready to take me & my cousin . We went to VIP Nails a few minutes away with NO waiting time . On top of that everything is just so disorganized .

Went in today to get both a medi and pedicure signed the notebook they had. Sat and waited an hour and a half. Until I was sat down for a pedicure only to wait more time. When an employee was free they decided to start on another person that came after me. I probably won’t be able to get the time I spent back, but I know where my money isn’t value. I had someone take care of my children while I tried to take some time for myself. Very disappointed in this salon. Well happy Mother’s Day to me.

My partner and I traveled from Chicago in desperate need of a manicure and I was able to get in without a long wait. Best in the Midwest if you ask me.

What a great experience at this salon. From the massaging chairs to the hospitality from the owner and staff, just a fantastic experience. The girlfriend had an amazing time getting a pedicure and manicure saying it was beautifully done and relatively quick. Thank you Rose for such a great time!!

Actually never had service done here. Tried coming in on 2 separate occasions. Called in advance to ask wait time, both times was told 10-15 minute wait. Get there and I'm waiting 35-45 minutes and still haven't been serviced. I just walk out and drive somewhere else. Being a mom, I'm constricted on time. Nails take 35 minutes to an hour to start, then sitting and waiting adds on to that. Can't speak to the customer service or the actual nail quality.

My first time there the staff was wonderful and accommodating especially Amy. I had 2 replacement gel tips due to short broken nails. The one on my pointer finger is bothering me a little. We'll see how it holds up.
