This is the worst credit union I ever been with they open late in the morning at 11am and close at 5pm which is not convenient with my schedule and the customer service is terrible not professional at all they need to close that credit union for good

I think charging out of state credit union members a $3 ATM fee is really uncredit union like behavior. I've never had that happen at a cu before Everwise. Otherwise it's ok, polite service inside.

I just wanted to give a special thanks to the WHITING INDIANA branch manager Melissa Diaz - Rosario she was very thoughtful, kind and attentive and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with all my needs she is the glue and the engine along with her great customer service tellers that always greet you with a smile that helps and make a better day. Because of Melissa knowledge to serve customers she along relieved a lot of stress off my head once again thank you WHITING INDIANA branch I hope your around for a long long time.

I was not aware the Whiting Teacher Credit Union had closed. I thought it might have closed because they didn’t have a drive up window, but was later informed by the Hammond branch that they had remodeled and had reopened. Before this branch closed for remodeling, the coin machine was not working.I visited today, Aug 20, and the coin machine is STILL out of order. Maybe this is due to the Covid 19/ lack of repair persons? Just frustrating to go in w a bag of change and have to walk out with it. Called Hammond branch and their coin machine is working... Hammond, here I come!

Truly appalling service and even more concerning levels of poor organization from this company. I have been absolutely floored by the incompetence and inconsideration this company has exemplified. My husband's dilemma was a direct mistake of TCU and took initial effort, not of the company, but of the customer, to complain on social media to get any recognition. This completely unnecessary debacle had to be dealt with by a 28 year old son grieving the sudden death of his father. You should be totally ashamed. TCU transferred the loan amount of Nathan's deceased father's car into Nathan's name, but not the title, so Nathan owed TCU money, but couldn't drive the car. TCU f***** up this painful process so bad, a TCU agent had to physically go INTO a BMV branch to explain how they messed up so badly in order to get the title in Nathan's name. It took him complaining on FB to even get attention to the issue. He spent probably two months just being transferred around the company and being hung up on. So they took forever to finally get the title registered in his name (literal months) and the car just sat there and couldn't be driven. Since the car sat for so long, it has all these issues now and they refuse to give him any kind of compensation for repairs. No, I'm sorry, they offered him $200, which is a slap in the face.
