today I went in and had to write a check. I do this everytime I go. the check didn't go thru for whatever reason. I ask for her to rerun it. sometimes things go wrong. she page for someone and refused. yelled to the next cashier it was declined. no came over to help. I was so embarrassed! I ran out. I went back because this wasn't right. I shop here all the time. I asked for a manager. but it didn't do me any good. as I was leaving for the second time. Bob came run out asked if I wanted to rerun it. I declined. I was just too embarrassed about the whole thing. I won't be going back anytime soon. I was a loyal customer for over 10 years.

I had the worst experience at the whiting location on Sunday & the customer service, Susan S, is why. I don’t wish negative on anyone but how she treated me and my husband, she deserves to be fired....

My family has been shoppers & the store in whiting from Day 1 , please try to get competent people to clean debit card machines often and post signs to discourage people from talking on the phone even with earbuds while shopping and please post gloves for those of us who don’t need carts and use baskets , I love my straks and Paul , Maria , and Chasity are great people , Paul is very well liked everybody !! Please it’s a wonderful store with wonderful people , please put people we can depend on to keep the most touched things clean ! Thank you for a wonderful staff and store!
