They are consistently delivering my package to a different house...this has happened twice in the last 2 wks...even after I went and told the post master about it it still happened again....its frustratingly to have to hunt stuff down because they are to lazy to come up my driveway

I am filing a formal complaint tomorrow. I don't care if I have to sit on hold for 5 hours. No one should have their mail held hostage. Pay for a box when they don't get delivery service. They have the addresses even messed up in this area. I have literally NEVER had a problem with the postal service until moving to this area 2 years ago and no one even cares to fix any of these issues. I have been told by several other post offices that winnimac is lacking leadership at the moment and it's effecting this entire region. Well this has been going on 2 years now. Can't even get packages. Then I went into the post office today after work and look at this... what looks to be people's mail just sitting out in the lobby for anyone to take at the leiters ford post office who is also managed by the winimac office. I kind of wish it was mine! Atleast I would have gotten my packages that have been sitting there since last week but they're being held hostage! I have to take another vacation day at work just to get in there during the two flipping hours they are even open.

Terrible Customer Service! They are horrendous at being patient and bash people for not understanding shipping. Last I checked it was their job to be helpful! Very disappointed with the way I was treated today and they seemed like they were more focused on the fact they were closing soon then helping. A job is more than a paycheck. I will drive 30 mins to a nearby post office before I EVER visit here again.

Terrilbe Service! People that work there are so small minded compared to us people in Indianapolis. It takes AGES to get mail from there. SMH never going there again
