Had never heard of Casey's till my friend moved here. Decided to try it cause of him. The one near me closed the kitchen because they were short staffed so for him I called in an order 21 miles away. Stupidest thing I've ever done. The young girl taking my order was sweet, a little on the dingy side. She didn't know what pink sauce was so I explained how you mix the marinara with the ranch. She wanted to know if I wanted hot sausage I said "NO, please don't". Other than that it was just add garlic crust, 2 garlic parm dipping sauces and 3 toppings to the veggie for me. Ordered meat galore for him.
When he got there to pick up the girl was arguing with the cook about my order. My friend payed and went out to the truck to wait on pizza's that hadn't been started yet. 30 minutes later she comes out and said your pizza's have been ready for 10 minutes.
He gets home, no garlic parm sauces that were paid for! His pizza had twice as much toppings on it. On my pizza there was no marinara sauce at all, no mushrooms, no chicken that I was charged for! barely any tomato added and worst of all he put spicy sausage on it! So it caused the worst heartburn and acid reflux with just a bite. Had to throw the whole thing in the trash.
It's not worth the 42 mile round trip to replace it especially when jerks like that punish you for asking for anything other than off the menu!

When ordering light on some ingredients, you'd think it would be half the norm. And when ordering extra you'd think that it would be half double of the norm. Oh hell no it had so much bacon you couldn't taste anything else. To someone else that's probably great, but not for me. Use the measuring cups and make as it reads when the order comes thru. D___$$'s!

Management must really suck at this location. They can’t even keep their kitchen open for the locals to have pizza after 5pm. Seems to me the new manager needs to step up to the plate and take on there responsibilities as a manager. Quit dodging and ducking work, Your a manager so manage your store or get a new manager to replace the one you just hired. Smh

It was dirty in here today when I went in. Pop machine area had spilled pop on it the floors were sticky and where the straws and lids were messy and dirty. Please just clean and make the store look neater than it is right now. It unfortunate that it's starting to look like the rest of the convenience stores around here

We usually stop here on our lunch break and get drinks and pizza or whatever sounds good. The pizza is always good here and the staff is nice too.

Clean store with helpful staff. My teenager goes in almost daily for work snacks. Never had an issue in the full year we've lived here.

When they opened a year or 2 ago, it was great. Delicious sandwiches, decent pizzas, some better than others..bbq Brisket is fire, especially for a gas station brand, but a few months ago, everything changed. We have very limited options in this rural town, and for some reason, instead of offering different things, we have 18 million pizza restaurants. So I appreciated having subs and sandwiches that weren't the gas station subway. Also, they had gluten free wings! Yeah, I shouldn't eat the subs, but sometimes i am pressed for time and hungry. Well, they did away with the gf wings a few months ago. And apparently with no announcement- killed off their subs sometime within the last few weeks. The menu is very pared down. I wanted a chicken.salad sub. Ordered the chicken salad croissant tonight. Couldn't customize. So, a literal gas station sandwich was delivered. A cold hard croissant with a filling that was basically chunky mayo. The chicken salad had no seasoning. It was like eating chunky mayo. Gross. The pizza we ordered 2 weeks ago was chicken bacon ranch. Delicious. A standard pizza available everywhere, tasty. Ordered the same tonight. Added shrooms. Floppy undercooked thin crust, canned shrooms, way too sloppy-like too much sauce and cheese. Even when cold, it didn't separate into slices well. Forgot the garlic crust we paid extra for. It was gross. Not worth the repercussions I'll get for eating dairy and gluten,and for the price of our order,we could've gone out for great Mexican or sushi down the road. This was abominable, but I'll give it a go another time or.two.to see if this was just a new employee or if this is how it's gonna be. I'll try the pork tenderloin next time,and if it's not right, nope,we'll just pay more elsewhere for better quality. Casey's went downhill quicker than most and it sucks.when you have limited restaurants available. Store itself is clean, some employees are friendly, some aren't, same as everywhere. Yall have been to a convenience store before..this review is just about their fresh made food.

The lack of friendly customer service or customer service at all blows my mind! I just went in to get a drink and gas and the cashier/ manager was to busy talking to a lady she had just finished helping to notice the line forming, after she was done talking she was very rude and annoyed that she had to do her job and proceed to be rude and annoyed! This used to be my favorite Casey's but now it's just long lines and cashiers and a manager that hates doing their job! Winchester IN. Casey's need to do better!

Last few times i have been in there was line to be waited on . Only one register open . And lady running register was trying to go fast as she could. Why other works stood around and not helping her out.
