I always enjoy visiting CVS. Unfortunately the cost of your food keeps going up up up! It's getting harder to find affordable food these days. I know it due to circumstances out of your hands, and I do not mean to criticize you.

I am in severe pain after having my tonsils taken out a week ago, because this CVS is out of my pain medicine. Last week they could only give me half of my prescription so I had to skip doses to make it last. This week my doctor ordered my prescription on Monday morning, and they are still out of stock. So I have no pain meds.

You need to have low expectations when you use the Winchester CVS, thats for sure. Long waits, medications out of stock, and unfriendly staff. The 3 pharmacists that work there are actually pretty nice, but the techs are not so friendly.

1 star is giving them to much credit. I have a doctors appt in a couple hours and I wanted to know if my Dr.s office happen to send my script to CVS since Walmart is out of that until AUGUST. you can NOT seem to get anyone in Parmacy on the phone to ASK. IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU CALL THEM FOR INFORMATION, YOU COULD TALK TO A HUMAN BEING. The auto thing said you can leave a message and they will call you back, REALLY? That stupid auto thing kept cutting in on me. SO I COULD NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE EITHER. Way to go CVS!!!! I hope to god that we can get a new pharmacy in this town!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was very happy with how Breanna ( or Bre Bre as it read on her name tag ) was very happy to help me with updating my Extra Care Card, I explained to her that a manager at the Anderson Indiana location on Highway 32 and Scatterfield Road in the 46012 zip code area recently snapped at me and said I needed to visit the website for a new card, instead of helping me, he was very rude, but Breanna and her manager were so kind and helpful! It was very much appreciated, and I definitely will be back to visit this location again

Absolutely amazing!!!! I've been having trouble getting my medicine for 2 weeks. Called here and the pharmacist had them ready in 30 minutes. Thank you for all your help..super nice guy.

Always friendly and helpful. Lots a goodies to buy, some prices are higher than other stores. The coupons are great and extra bucks, I love CVS

In general, I have had positive experiences shopping at this location. In fact, while I have seen CVS employees at various stores be helpful to customers, I have seen more personalized assistance provided to other customers at this Winchester location in a handful of visits than I have seen at any other location, including those I frequent more often. I have not used the pharmacy at this location.

Annette and Evan are in the driver seat. They are professional and they will listen and respect my concerns as well as couple other shout outs the Mgr of the Store up front and your great Pharmacy, thank you John Bryan no relation to Luke lol

The two younger male pharmacist I dealt with were extremely nice. Before the people that I've dealt with have been very short with me. Today these two young gentlemen were overly nice and helpful I've never had this level of hospitality at cvs before

Rude pharmacist. Have had problem getting prescription filled at this pharmacy more than once. Takes days not hours to get prescription filled. Have used this location for many years and until 2 years ago never had a problem.

Terrible, so slow!! And wrong change back, did I mention slow? I sit in line at drive thru for 5 to 10 minutes and push the call button several times before anyone helps me! Ridiculous

Pharmacy staff not friendly, repeatedly mess up prescriptions and refills. Even after speaking to them on the phone. Dentist office also had issues with Pharmacy staff.

Cannot say about the pharmacy, but the actual store is always clean and there's always someone to greet you/check you out quickly.
