I just went to the Fsmily Dollar Store in Winchester. I parked in the hsnficapped spot and I couldn't go in because their handicapped ramp and the whole curb was snow covered and slick. I tried calling calling tgrir number but it rang 1 or 2 x then hung up.

Update your hours so people don’t show up at 10:00pm expecting the store to be open, only to find out it is closed at 9:00pm now I guess??
