“Jennifer and Betty were incredibly kind. I purchased a stone from an Etsy seller. They listed it as genuine. I took it to a separate jewelry store to be checked out and they told me it was a simulated stone. Before I made a stink with the Etsy seller, I wanted a second opinion. These two sweet humans took the time to inspect the stone and the setting. Turns out it’s lab grown, but “technically” genuine… so that’s something! Highly recommend this location and these humans for any inspection needs!!”
