I needed a dumpster years ago. It was fine for a while. It is a hassle getting out of a continuing contract. I'm going to buy a dumptruck and hopefully get rid of WM.

Took over 4 days of calls, messages & emails to get a response from them. Their business practices are not ethical & I will not continue service. The driver was consistent & reliable, it;s the practices of the company that I question.Service: Trash removal & disposal

Increasing charges for trash removal every few months... during a snow storm.. doesn't show up to take trash... which is understandable, but still charges me for service I did not get and refuses to credit for missed services. Why should I have to pay for a week of missed service?Service: Junk removal
