Took our vehicle in for a bad vibration and noise in the front end. Ended up being a bad power steering pump. They replaced the pump and installed a filter to catch any metal debris that cane from the damaged pump. Our vehicle is running great couldn't be happier this was our 1st experience and was definitely a positive one.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Recently relocated to the area and Heckley's was recommend to us. From my experience they are some of the nicest people, amazing customer service, they have been able to get our vehicles in for service in a short time frame. I feel their prices are very reasonable, they have been transparent on cost and work they have performed on our vehicles. We have went to them for oil changes, shocks and structs. Even recommended that the dealership resolve one of the issues I had them look at. I have been very happy with their work and communication. Very friendly staff answered all my questions and took good care of my truck. I will be taking all of my vehicles there for any future service. And just one more thing I managed to leave my wallet in my truck when I dropped it off, it was still in the truck untouched! Honesty is worth a million!
