Bathroom is nasty trash overflowing, feces on toliet seat. Us truckers spend way to much money in these place for them not to always keep restrooms clean

Great stop! We’re here a lot. Only thing that would seriously improve it is a ramp/bridge over the stream to the dog area! There is no way to get over there when it’s full of water or snow.

The customer service is awesome, and the bathrooms and showers are clean. The manager and staff goes above and beyond to make this a great place to stop and take a break on your travels. Thanks so much , you make the difference we all look for. Keep up the great work!

I've been to this Love's multiple times over the years with no complaints, but on August 12, 2025, at about 9:45 pm, I was very disappointed with the lack of truck service available. There was only one mechanic working and he was struggling to change a tire on a trailer when I asked if he was the only one on duty. He said yes. I felt bad for him and asked if I could use a pair of pliers or something to try and raise the window up on the truck. He said they aren't allowed to loan out tools, but suggested that I could check in the store to buy the pliers. I did not want to do that so I left and drove with the window down hoping I could get home before it started to rain. I could see lightning in the distance as it began to rain lightly but lasted only a minute or so. I'm glad it didn't storm before I got to the next Love's Travel Stop in the city of Napoleon, Ohio.

High prices on snack items like almost all interstate gas stations, but they have a really good selection, including fresh cut fruit. The men's bathroom was really clean and fresh smelling. The cashier was really friendly and there are McDonalds and Subway restaurants attached.

Not very organized tonight 7-24-2025 it's 2:15 AM and no roller items out at all !!! Asked about them and the Employee in a arm sling said We don't put any out until 3-3:30 AM...Funny I come thru every week about same time and normally always out...Subway Employee was on break and normally when that happens in the past another Employee covers...going down hill !!!

My mom sister and aunt got stranded in Indiana cause my rover decided to lose its brakes the weekend of the 4th of July 2025 they were visiting my from cally but decided to go visit my great aunt in Indianapolis stopped here to get gas noticed they had no brake pedal thank God they finally managed to stop it they tried putting fluid in themselves some others tried to help them then Jim came along who works there loves 592 he noticed they were putting fluid in the wrong place he managed to stop them and put it in the right place but still no brakes...tried bleeding brakes etc he talked with me long distance to let me know what was going on ...to make a long story short I ubered my mom and the rest to my aunts left it there I'm thinking I had to drive 3 hours away pick it up from Ohio but Jim came to the rescue again he showed up bout 730 the next morning met the tow truck followed it to the shop sat with the mechanics made it got fixed and they weren't going to rip me off etc and done right this man here needs a raise because u don't find people these days going out their way to help others Jim is one cool white guy and I'm a cool brother lol ..but seriously he was sent to help my family and I ...God sent he not only help save my family he helped me from driving there and a huge bill....I run 2 businesses myself and u can't find employees these days that goes out their ways for others and like me sees no color God will always Bless this man he not only deserves a raise ...he needs to be noticed with a placque but needs to be put on a talk show showing how we should treat each we became friends in just a few days and will always be friends he's now my brother ....thanks Jim and employee at Loves in Woodburn Indiana ....you guys will never get an employee more dedicated thank u.....Paul Dee
