“Rick is absolutely amazing! He took my car in and did a diagnostic for free , told me exactly what I needed and how much it would cost (much more reasonably than at a "corporate" shop). He got the parts in quick and had me on the road asap! He even took me home while he kept my car since I only have the one car. He also noticed my tire light and windshield wiper fluid lights were on and filled both without charging me!! You just don't get that kind of service anymore! It was an absolutely refreshing, easy and considerate experience. Will be telling everyone I know and will be bringing my car to him for any future repairs! “I dropped my daughter's car off on Monday with a belt and tensioner issue. They were busy and said it would be Wednesday or Thursday before they could get to it. Got a call Wednesday morning with what needed to be done and how much it would cost. It was done by 3:00 Wednesday afternoon. Mark's was fast, fair priced and fixed our problem.
