“I’m still sitting here at Battery Masters, but I wanted to make sure I submitted my review because at 10 degrees, I need things to work! Eli was so kind and assisted me with everything! Walked out paying less than $13! Thank God for you, you made my day!”

“Tom is awesome. Couldn’t get better customer service. Drive over an hour each year to have them prep my batteries for the summer ahead, I’d drive 10 hrs if need be. BMC has a customer for life. Thanks again!”

“Battery Masters was able to provide a battery for my 2013 Prius at a significantly cheaper price than Walmart but also able to support a small business with my purchase. Everybody was helpful and insightful and knowledgeable inside of the store. They were able to explain why my battery for my car is different than a typical battery for a regular car. And they also had some merchandise inside like camping lights that I found interesting to purchase as well. I will definitely come back to them for all of my future battery Ness. They also have a warranty included, which with purchase of their batteries. Thank you being a superb local business.”

“I stopped in to purchase front windshield wipers and a rear wiper for my vehicle. When I arrived, all the cashiers were assisting other customers, so I waited briefly — no more than 2–3 minutes — before being greeted by Brandon. After explaining what I needed, Brandon quickly researched what was in stock and walked me through several options at different price points. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various types of windshield wipers available and helped me choose the best quality option within my budget. I asked if he could assist with installation, and without hesitation he grabbed his coat and came outside. He installed the wipers promptly and professionally. During the process, we had a pleasant conversation, and he shared what he enjoys about working at O’Reilly’s. It was refreshing to meet someone who is not only knowledgeable and friendly, but genuinely a good person with great energy. I highly recommend Brandon to anyone shopping here. He is professional, helpful, budget-conscious, and truly customer-focused. If you need assistance, he’s the person to see!”

“Had a marine battery I purchased last year that sat all winter and was dead. Brought it to the store for free charging and was informed the battery was bad. Of course it was also just out of warranty. No problem, they replaced my battery and even upgraded me for free since the same battery was out of stock. Wonderful service from the manager. I did not write down his name. Thanks O'Reilly!!”
