Krystal was amazing, we recently went thru a death in the family our situation had a lot of moving parts. She was responsive, helpful and thorough. I left messages for other people at the office they would not call back or even respond to emails. Krystal would call me back and help me as much as she could.

Have only been with the State Farm family for a short period of time. All I can say is that the two ladies in the office have been amazing to work with. Krystal did an outstanding job helping me with starting my policy and Jaime was so very helpful in assisting getting my beacon set up. These two young women are consistently up beat and friendly. I just wish I had joined the family earlier.

I have been with State Farm for over fifty years. I’ve had several different agents over the years and he has been the worst by far. I had one of his staff leave him a message that I would like to talk to him five months ago and never heard back from him. It’s now time for my premiums to be paid on four different policies and have tried to get answers to my questions and I have called the called his office no less then four times and his staff promised a return call. I have never received a return call I have called his office more then once during business hours only to have to leave a message because nobody answered the phone. Needless to say I never received a return call I had to call back the next day I will be shopping for a new agency today

Been with this agency for a long time. Recently my wife had an incident while I was out of town where someone hit our car in the parking lot. When she called into the office she was impressed with how kind and helpful the lady on the phone was. She got everything handled for us really easy. We later found out that Jaime Roberts was the one who picked up the phone. She was excellent kind and professional. We are grateful.
