Sorry that I dont remember his name, but the guy on the phone was very accommodating. I moved out about a week before my next payment date, and I forgot to take pictures. I don't live close anymore and wasn't going to be able to make the trip back to do so. I cleaned the unit and asked if it would be ok to have the on site caretaker verify that when he was next available. I was told that would be fine, and I have not been charged for another month. So, thanks again to the helpful guy on the phone. If I ever need a unit in the area again, I would be happy to rent with Copper Safe. (The prices are very competitive, and the move in deals are excellent.)

Called today because i was locked out of online payments, Jiao was extremely helpful in turning them on instantly. Also since I couldnt log in my payment was late Jiao was able to waive the late fee. Thanks!
